Always

A new enemy

Starfires POV

I awoke laying in the towers first of the aid bedroom. "robin?" I asked hoping that was the figure I saw. "I'm here star." he replied.

"I had a terrible mare of the night, I was almost killed by......." I gasped realizing it was not just a mare of the night.

Robin held his arms out offering a hug. I embraced him in my arms.

"Why? why must he not accept me alive?" I whimpered.

"I don't know star, but I promise I will not let anything or anyone kill you, I love you starfire and no one can take you away from me." he said.

He pulled me closer and we had the lip contact. I never wanted him to let go of me, I never did want him to leave my side.

"I want us to be together forever." robin said as he ended our lip contact.

"How long is forever?" I asked.

Robin smiled.

"It's as long as always."

"How long is always?"

"Never ending."

"I will always love you Robin."

"And I will always love you starfire."

The alarm went off.

Raven popped in.

"Come on Robin."

"But star......" I started.

"She's okay she can fight and if not you'll be there to help her." raven said.

"Fine." I said and turned to starfire.

She gave me a look that told me she was going to be fine.

We left the tower.

Star looked fine but that doesn't mean I can worry.

It was only last night when the strange man attacked.

I just had to hope that he wouldn't come back.

But no.

There he was again.

The villain we had to go after.

It was him.

He was tall, wore a very dark blue (almost black) suit with a black mask, and looked deadly.

Strangely starfire didn't look scared.

"Why did you have to invite the rest of your dumb little team, princess starfire?" He asked.

Starfire looked shocked as if she didn't know he could talk.

Starfire's eyes started to glow green and she flew up to him.

"You have no right to speak to me!" Starfire shouted at him.

"I can speak to a troq whenever I want." he fired back.

I've only heard one person call starfire a troq and I know that is a strong word.

He has no right to call starfire a nothing.

Because she's not.

"Shut up! If anything you're the troq!" I yelled at him.

He turned towards me and said, "lets hope you're not going to be a problem."

Then while he was distracted starfire threw a starbolt at him as the other Titans watched them as if they were watching TV.

"I thought you'd recognize me by now." the man said.

He pulled his mask off.

He had green eyes and purplish bluish hair like blackfire's.

He was from tameran.

Stafire gasped and fell backwards.

And she knows him.

Starfire cowered in fear as the man walked closer to her.

"You know how this works, right princess?" He asked.

Starfire looked like she was going to cry.

She looked away and stared straight at me.

Her loving, kind, emerald eyes now have turned to fear.

And those eyes were staring straight at me.

He walked up to starfire and but his hand under her chin to make her face him.

Before he could say anything else I shouted "stop! Leave her alone, now!"

He pushed starfire to the ground and flew towards me, then he smiled.

"You're the one who was on that date with her and threatened me, aren't you?"

I said nothing.

"So you are going to get in my way? Fine with me." then he threw a punch at me and my jaw was already harshly bruised.

He threw starbolts at me and I landed in concrete.

I couldn't fight back.

He lifted me up, pulled his fist back and..........

"STOP!" Stafire yelled.

He released me and walked up to starfire.

"I thought you would learn." he said.

She shouted some words in tameran as her eyes flickered green.

He seemed very offended.

"Well then, princess I will get my vengeance, but perhaps it shall wait."

"Farewell, blacknight." starfire said in a hateful voice.

He smirked and his eyes turned green. "farewell, starfire." he copied.

And he, with much force, push starfire into the concrete.

He flew away and left.

I ran up to starfire.

She was unconscious.

I found a new enemy.

And his name is blacknight.
