Little Black was only 4 Years old then but she felt unimaginable madness and agony at that time.
To other young wizards and witches levitation would be very first spell but to Alexandria killing curse was her first magical spell.
After one week, her mother died in a muggle hospital, she couldn't endured too much pain and left her 4 years girl in this cruel world. Nobody noticed her death, after all she was just a prisoner's wife so who should care. About young miss Black, she didn't have left any choice and sent to orphanage.
