Chaos runs through the city.

Screams and sirens are the only things that can be heard.

Questions run through minds.

“What’s happening?”

“Who are these girls?”

“What are they doing?”

“Are we going to die?”

The two sisters are in the middle of the city. They have just announced to it that they are going to take over the world, but first they are going to start of with this place. They tell them that they are lucky to feel their power first. Of course, the city doesn’t think that at all. In fact, they see it more like a curse.

Police cars that are upside down or on their sides cover the area around the sisters. None of them stood a match for them. They are just weak humans, so how could they face the power of Goddesses. That’s what they see themselves now as. They are Goddesses. Their power is unmatched. Even their own sister can’t stand a chance against them anymore. With the book at their side, they could even take God down himself.

Their thoughts make no difference when it comes to what their sister is going to do. She makes her way through the crowds of screaming and crying people. She tries her hardest not to shove any, but some of them just won’t move. She needs to get to her sisters. They need to pay for what they have done. They may have been her sisters at one point, but they aren’t anymore. They aren’t human anymore, and although the sisters think of themselves as Goddesses, they aren’t.

They are monsters.

Narida is finally in view of them. They look different than they once were. Their skin is pale, and their eyes are just blue, pure blue. Narida has never seen anything like it, but yet, she figured that they wouldn’t look like her sisters anymore. They aren’t anyway.

“So, I see you found the little box that he gave you,” Isole smirks as she looks at the diamond ring on the chain around her sister’s neck. “Have you come to get your revenge because I don’t think you stand a chance. Although, I don’t think you ever did.”

“Trust me on this. I always have stood a chance.” Narida looks at all of the people around them. “I’m going to give you two one last chance. If you give me back the book and stop all of this, I won’t have to do what I’ve come here to do.”

“I doubt that what you think you can do will do anything, and I will never give you the book back.”

“Fine, but before I do this, I just wanted to say that I’m sorry I couldn’t save you from becoming the monsters that you are.”

What happened next can’t be described with words because the only thing that could be seen was a bright light. It destroyed everything around it and killed everything in the city. This was what Narida never wanted to do, but she had no choice.

There always has to be sacrifices.

When the light was gone, all that was left was one sister. The other two were gone. Narida looks at her hands. One was covered in ice, and the other was covered in mist. She closes them, and they go away. She can feel her new power, but that feeling makes her want to vomit. Narida never wanted to cast that spell. She wanted to avoid it, but they were too stubborn.

What she did was this. Narida cast a spell that would absorb her sisters’ into her. Their powers became her powers. In exchange for doing that, everyone in the city lost their life. It’s tragic, but there always has to be a price for the things we do. That’s life.

Narida finishes her story and looks at the people like her. Their eyes hold sympathy for her. Truthfully she doesn’t want their sympathy. She just wishes that that book never existed. She’s about to voice her opinions, but she hears a voice in her own head. It’s Aure speaking through Jack.

I know what you’re going to say, but you shouldn’t. Of course we feel this way. The only thing that I have to say to you is that that was in your past. It may have made you who you are today, but you don’t have to let it continue to control you. You did the right thing, and that’s all that matters. What you need to do is finally let it all out. Let the tears fall down your face.

Why does it matter to you? You still let what happened to you control you. Both of you do. That’s what we’ve all had in common.

Yeah, but I’m trying to fight it. I’m actually holding Jack’s hand. We’ve been like this because we’re scared, but you’re not scared. You’re angry and sad. Just let it out, and be the real you. If you do, I promise to do whatever it takes to get over my fear. I know that Tierra will do the same thing. You don’t have to be lonely anymore. We’re here for you, all of us.

Thank you.

Finally, a tear falls down her face.
