Introduction

When a planet is created, you'll know it'll be a complete new planet, in billions of years. The best example would be our dear Maa. A planet where plants, water, life erupt. Progressively changing for the best, it was called, the evolution. The evolutions offered to Maa humans. But as this species was more complicated, thinking differently, each member being unique. It was doomed to prosper for a long time.
When the age of the spears and swords were created, soon enough the start of nations appeared. Foolish wars around. Let's take one of the remaining country, Athaweh.
At the start it was one tribe, the Olits. Then, as mentalities changed the Carques appeared. Wars on wars to get a something as simple as a rock.
As the world grew more and more, and exploring era came. Soon four Countries remained.
Athaweh, the one we talked about earlier, Swart, Otasna an Isitrui. Large powerful countries. They fought for some littles isles in the supposed center of Maa. They finally gave them to Otasna, it being the smallest country. But the two most powerful of the four decided that a war should live on. That's why, Athaweh and Swart declared war to each other. Isitrui and Otasna didn't want to get involve but were forced to by the other.
When most supplies were missing they quickly cease fight. Declaring peace.
But, as said, supplies were missing. In every countries. Well, not really for Isitrui, who had plan this.
Not having food to feed you or your child wasn't fancied by most. The citizens started a Revolution. It was bloody. Real bloody. But in the end. They lost.
As a charge of punishment the kings and queens of the countries, increased the prices of food, rent, health care, and loose up the other laws. The slaves couldn't say no anymore.

And that's how, the big beautiful Maa became Heaven for riches and well, the end of the social list did everything to be happy or to have food in their stomach, making the most profitable thing to own was a pub or a brothel.
Everything is possible: rape, murders, harlotry, childs work, abuse, and the list is still long...

But there was still some kind of mercy, some investigators. Like in Athaweh, in the town of Slitch, the crappy Oston street, held a investigation office, 'The white Office'. In which building is currently happening an old too normal scene.
