Visit from the Future

The sudden fall

(A/N: I just wanted to inform you, who was reading the "Characters of your books" then this isn't Jennifer Jefferson but this Jennifer was the first one I was thinking of (they look actually the same) so please don't hate  me for this - FFF❤)

The bullets from the planes of the Americans and their enemies flew through the air. The planes swung around like crazy and almost the only woman in the whole army was inside one of them. She was a skilled soldier tho, even some men were worried about her being better than them.
Everything went well but in a few seconds she felt a big 'dump' as the plane shook, she looked in the back and see huge damage on the back side of the plane and realize how hard it started to be to control it. She pulled it away from the groups, saving her life. She looked back on the damage few more times as she tried to stabilize it as well as it was possible to. She seemed to have almost everything under control but not for so long, she had to land somewhere but where?! There was only water of the ocean under her and nothing more, nothing less.
Her worry grew stronger as the plane was slowly going down by slow inches. She felt a strong headache and held her head with one hand. That made the plane go further down to the water. She panicked that made the headache worse. But a sudden flash if a light appears and everything went white for a moment.
In just a few moments there was a harbor in front of her full of old ships and people, the panic couldn't help but still, she grabbed the controller and drag the plane up. It was close to the ground that was very but VERY dangerous. She could fall and kill many people any minute.
She tried to slow the plane down as she realized: if she will not stop the plane, she will kill herself and a lot of people. 'Now or never' She thought to herself as she started landing on the street that was cleared, the people were too scared and run to the buildings as fast as they could. But the worry she had was the look at the end of the street. There was a large house, probably a court or something like that.
She landed down on the ground and try and stop the heavy metal creation with the few buttons on the bottom of the cabin. There was a big wait of a stop when she was just sitting there and hoping it will stop soon with a very worried face.
Just in front of the building, the plane stopped and she sighed in relief.
She looked around herself not thinking that she knows it here but still she pulls off her helmet that was mounted to the side of the cabin almost right next to the buttons she used before. She smiled and lay in the seat tiredly. "Finally... At least a small quiet..." She said almost whispering.
The window was very messy, she could see the siluets of people walking over to look at what is happening, they didn't see in tho.
She smiled wider and open the window of the cabin and jump out, actually exited. Sh didn't see almost anybody who wouldn't be fighting in the same war as she did. She gave the people a confused look on her face, they all were dressed like from 17.-18. sanctuary. It made her nervous but she needed to speak up and ask for information. When she walked over to one person they backed away so she couldn't reach them. It made her even more confused she put the mask off of her face when she saw a woman like her they seemed calmer, how she expected. But when she opened her mouth to speak up but a few soldiers in the old uniforms of 17.-18. sanctuary walk up to her. She seemed she has trouble but when she saw the way they dressed she knew it isn't just small trouble. She quickly backed away to the plane and do like she didn't do a thing. The men were confused about what she did and stay still just staring.
Awkward silence, nobody was willing to help her so she just sighed a d start on the fixes with her plane.
Another group of soldiers came over but without hesitation, they came over to her and one tall man that seemed very important for all of these people accept for our soldier girl. She looked up at the tall man that was glaring down at her and she returns him a confused look 'I think I know this face from somewhere... But where??' She was asking herself several times before the man spoke up
"Who are you?!-"
"Do I know you...?" She said while thinking not letting him continue.
The soldiers were shocked by her words and started to whisper around about it.
"Ehem- My name is George Washington, now may I know who YOU are?!" He asked loudly as the name just gave her a slap in the face. 1: how could she ask about the first president of the USA Who they are? 2: is this real?
These question could make her choke on the air but she couldn't do anything rude from now on
"Jennifer McCarthy, mister." She said as she saluted to the man in front of her and he returns her a surprised look but she still continues "I am part of the American air force and the USA army" she said loud enough to let the others around hear, she kept on the salute until he gave her a look.
"You don't need to salute to me right now, it's not important. But we don't have any air force so I suppose you are lying." he said with returning growl. I felt a little sweaty, damn I really am looking nervous am I?
