Like the description says the story will have moments from the show, but in no way is it following the show directly. This book is manly focusing on the bellarke relationship as well as the leadership role both Clarke and Bellamy take. I do plan on having grounder problems, but the will not get separated like in the end of season 1. They also won't meet the mountain men, or Lexa.

A few things to know that I won't go into detail about in the chapters. Murphy is still a douche but isn't hated as much as he was in season 1 and 2. He will also become one of Clarke's closest friends later on. Finn will still be alive and Raven will hate Finn and not Clark. Finn will also be a bit of a stalker. Wells is still alive because I wished they would have developed is character more in the show. I might also have Raven and him become a couple. Also Minty will be real in the story. I didn't know I needed this pair until I read a fic on ao3.
I have always loved the bellarke pairing, and hope the bring that to the show. So this book is about how I imagine would happen if they brought that element into the show as well as how I wanted things to go. I would have been totally okay if they made the show about bellarke, but sadly that will never happen. Besides, I really hate all the drama that the 100 face and tearing friends apart and all that. I mean the season 5 finale broke my heart, and every episode in season 5 was hard for me.
I'm going to rant one more time then you can go ahead and begin the book. And if you skip this it's fine. Anyways, I read that the producer of the 100 won't be following the books anymore. Which means that it's more then likely that the Bellarke ship will not happen in the tv show! And let's be honest here, Not a lot of people like the Echo and Bellamy pairing. The Bellarke ship is huge, so let's just hope the producer will give us the ship. It would make the show tons better since every seems to want Clarke dead. Fingers crossed people!
