Right before I lose hope, I see a glimpse of light.

"Maria!"

I hear a voice, the familiar ones. I turn my head so I can see whose voice is that.

"Mark!"

I know my tears are ready to make a river once more, feeling safe just by his presence.

Yet, it's not what it looks like.

He is as freaking out as me, but luckily when he is about to approach me he is found by a rescuer. I smile happily and think I'll also be safe.

But...

My smile slowly fades away as he just stares at me, mouthing a sorry and goes away with the rescuer. I even can hear his voice saying to the rescuer, "nobody else, i-I think I'm the last who survive."

Lord, You can just end my life here.

The one I trust the most, is the one betrays me.

Soon, a sound of crack can be heard, something must be broken and I panic of what can possibly be happen when the ship begins to sink.

I'm crying my lungs out.

I can't make it.

It drowns me.

For God's sake it's going to drown me.

I don't want to die.

With my last strength, I'm yelling.

"MARK!"

"DON'T LEAVE ME!"

"SOMEONE PLEASE!"

"HELP ME! HELP—"

.

Maria opened her eyes in shock. Cold sweats were running from her forehead to her chin as she gasped for the air. Her breath was heavy along with her chest moved upside down so fast.

A tear was rolling down from her eyes, leaving a river mark.

"Hey, hey."

She heard a worry voice but her eyes still glued to the ceiling in shock.

"Maria, you good?"

She did not answer but shifted her orbs to the source of the voice.

There, standing Namjoon with his worry face was looking at her.

"Calm down, take a deep breath," he instructed her and she did so. "Good."

Maria then closed her eyes to erase the bad dream she just had. It was terrible, awful, and she couldn't bear with a dream that once happened in her life back then.

She was back to the reality when she felt a hand was ruffling her hair gently and saw Namjoon letting out a relief sigh.

"How's your feeling?" he asked softly.

The dream... it was always haunting her. A lifetime memory which would never disappeared till the death came.

"Wasser," Maria talked in a whisper but Namjoon seemed to understand it. He nodded then took a glass of water and helped Maria to drink by holding her back to keep her semi-fowler position since it must be hard for her to sit in ninety degree.

She winched a bit, holding her belly as a stabbing pain started to spread around her body.

"I'm glad you are awake," said Namjoon as he crouched down affront of the bed to spin the stick so the head of the bed could lift up. "Were you having a bad dream? I was freaking out seeing you like that."
