"Y/n, baby, the boys and I are going on winter trip, do you want to come with us?" Jimin asked, the gesture sweet but his voice monotone. Maybe this would be good for them, Jimin has been acting distant lately, he may just need a vacation. "Sure love, can I invite F/n?" She asked quietly. F/n is Y/n's best friend, along with Taehyung, the trio did everything together. Y/n figured that if things went sour, she'd have F/n and Taehyung to get her out of the situation.
She hoped that everything would turn out right because she really did love Jimin, but now it was like trying to hug a brick wall. It seemed as though he didn't love her like he used to. She was starting to stray away from him, craving more than what he was giving. It was a seesaw, one of them was going to fall eventually if the other didn't pull their share.
Jimin gave her a nod, followed by a small smile before going back to what he was doing. Y/n sighed quietly and went into her room to text F/n and pack what she would need.

"Y/n! F/n!" Taehyung singled the two out, running and giving them hugs when they arrived at the hotel. Jimin greeted the others, not realizing Taehyung was glaring at him. Y/n's two friends were the only two that knew of the recent events between the lovers. Taehyung released the pair, only for a second before Hoseok, Namjoon and Jungkook could surround them. Y/n found herself smiling. It felt nice to be around the people she's grown so fond of. She couldn't help but wonder if they would stray from her if she left Jimin. Would they hate her? Cast her out? She put the thoughts aside and focused on the present.
After lots of arguing about who'd get the room to themselves, it was eventually decided that Jungkook get the room. "It's only fair! I won the rock-paper-scissors!" He defended, making the other boys groan. Jimin chuckled and put a hand around Y/n's waist. Her eyes widened, shocked at the show of affection. It felt foreign and she couldn't tell if she liked it or not. Jimin seemed to notice her blank stare and furrowed his brow.
"Alright whateverrrr, lets go to our rooms!" F/n said, racing Taehyung down the hall. "Be careful you two!" Namjoon called, crossing his arms like a frustrated mother. It made Y/n laugh, something that seemed to make Jimin upset. The two walked to their rooms without another word spoken. "Get some sleep you two, we'll see you in the morning." Namjoon said with a grin before Y/n closed the door. "Y/n what's wrong with you?" Jimin asked from behind her, "You seem distant."
Y/n really wanted to wait to have this conversation, but it can't be helped now. "I'm distant?" She asked in disbelief, quickly regaining her emotions and letting out a shaky sigh. "I've only been distant because you've been distant Jimin, it feels like you don't even love me anymore. You don't hug me, kiss me, even smile at me the way you used to.." She explained, feeling her anger rising with each word. She wanted to back out, say she was sorry, start this conversation over, but it was too late. Jimin knew mixing fire with fire wouldn't do any good, but he didn't care. "What, do you expect me to be all lovey dovey all the time? I have other emotions too. Oh, I had a shitty day at work but let me just make sure my girlfriend has gotten enough fucking attention." He has a tendency to let his temper take over before thinking, Y/n knew that. "That's not what I'm saying Jimin. But you don't do anything anymore." Jimin didn't want to admit she was right, there was something about the way she was handling this that made him want to win this argument, for his egos sake. That something got in the way of everything else. "Do you even still love me?" She asked, her voice shaky. Her anger was fading and she could feel tears run down her cheeks. Jimin hesitated. That's all he had to do. "Don't.. answer that." She said, not holding back her tears anymore. "I get it. You should've just told me instead of playing me like a toy." She said. "Y/n.." He started, but she cut him off, "I don't need to hear it Jimin." She turned and went out the door before he could do anything to stop her. He slowly sat on the bed and stared at the door. "What the fuck did I just do."
"Y/n? What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Namjoon asked, ushering her in his room. "Y/n!" F/n jumped up from the bed and engulfed her friend in a hug. "What happened?" She asked. Namjoon stood back and let the two have their space, his face showing his concern. "Jimin." Was all she needed to say. "Do I need to kill him?" F/n asked seriously. Namjoon, fearing she was serious, said, "Let's..not do that. Tell us what happened Y/n."
She explained everything to them, and the parts previous to this to Namjoon. "Do you hate me?" She asked Namjoon, who looked shocked, "Of course not! Jimin's my friend but so are you." He reassured her. "You both got angry in the moment, I think when the two of you are calmed down, you need to talk this out." He suggested, rubbing Y/n's back gently as they sat on the edge of the bed. "I agree with Joonie." F/n said. "Okay, I will." She agreed. "For now lets get to sleep, you can sleep with me." F/n gave her a smile, Y/n was able to return one. "Thank you."
