Stuart Pov~

I ran downstairs and to the front door, I hugged both my mom and dad.
Since they were leaving today, I honestly was really excited for them to leave.
Sounds mean, but it really isn't.

A teen needs to know how it is without his parents yenno?

"Bye guys! Have a safe trip!" I waved them goodbye.
"Lock the door!" My dad said while closing it behind him.
I locked the door and went upstairs to my room
I pulled out my phone and texted Murdoc.

Me: There gone!

Murdoc 💚: Alright be there in 10

Me: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I left Murdocs chat and called the local pizza place and ordered 2 large pepperonis.
I got off my bed and went downstairs to wait for Murdoc.
We planned that he would stay here for a couple of days since he is having some trouble at home, he won't tell me what's going on there though.

I sat on the couch and turned on the telly.
I flipped through channels and soon got bored on what was on.
So instead I put on Netflix, I was going to put on riverdale, my favourite, Buut since Murdoc was coming he would think I'm girly.
So instead I put on a zombie movie.

I got up and went to get a glass of off brand coke, it was called "Edds coke" I sighed.
My parents can be cheap sometimes.

I was about to open the off brand coke but the doorbell rang, I got excited and ran to the door.
I unlocked it and swung it open.
I was met with a familiar face,
"Hey mudz!" I smiled and let him in.

"Hey stu, nice place you got" he stepped in and began to take off his shoes.
"Yep! And it's all mine for 4 months!"
I went back to the counter and opened the cheap coke.

I took a sip, The somewhat familiar taste filled my mouth.
Except it was way better than regular coke.

"Holy shit...Mudz try this coke!"
He gave me a weird look but soon walked over to me.
I handed the can to him and smiled.
He cautiously took the can of Edds coke and took a sip.

His eyes went wide, he handed it back to me without a word.

"WOW IT TASTES LIKE..... coke."
He smirked at me, he walked back to get his bags.
I just giggled and put down the coke.
"So where's the room I'm staying in?"
He said while looking around the house.

"Oh it's upstairs, cmon!"
I ran towards the stairs and stopped to look back, I waved him over.
He followed as we went upstairs.
I passed my parents room and closed their door.
Murdocs room is right next to theirs.
I opened the guest rooms door and stepped in.
It was nice and sunny in the room giving it a nice comfortable look.
There wasn't much in that room since we only moved in 2 weeks ago.
It had a nice double sized bed, with the casual houseplant.
With a white dresser that had a nice mirror attached to it.

"Here we are! Sorry... it's not that cool looking..." I said while looking down and kicking my feet.
"Eh, it's alright Stu I honestly thought I would have to crash on the couch" he gave a sympathetic laugh and patted me on the back.

I giggled and shook my head, "No way I wouldn't let a close friend crash on the couch! I would at least give them a bed to sleep on"
I smiled at him.

He just looked in my "eyes" and had a slight smirk on his face.
"Uh, Mudz? Whatcha thinking about?"
His eyes went wide and shook his head
"Uh! Nothing! Just spaced out I guess"

"Oh okay! I'll give you some space to make yourself at home! I'll be downstairs!" I saluted him and walked out the room closing the door behind me.
I went downstairs and watched the boring zombie movie on the couch.
I wonder what he was daydreaming about...

A/N!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in a long time... I just moved schools and it's a lot to take in for me, but I'll write whenever I have free time! Which is a lot!
I also had a really bad writers block before I moved.
Things at home were really getting me back to depression.
But don't worry I'm pretty sure I'm okay now! My writers block is pretty much done now.
