"Mom, Dad wake up, we're hungry" Charlie jumped on the bed and wiggled her way between a sleeping Caroline and Klaus
"There are 500 other people in this house that can make food babygirl" Klaus opened his eyes
"But we want you to make it" Dean said walking behind his father
"Klaus, we have to get up they won't leave us alone until we do" Caroline sat up and went to get up, Charlie got up faster then Caroline squealed when Klaus grabbed her waist and pulled her back into bed
"No, sleep" Caroline laughed
"Common Klaus" Klaus groaned and got up, Caroline was cooking eggs then looked up
"What day is it?" Josie walked in, took some bacon and turned on her phone "December 31st, why?" Caroline smiled
"It's new years eve"
"Okay and?" Caroline looked at her daughter with disbelief
"And? New years eve used to mean the world to your aunts Elena, Bonnie and I"
"It's just a day mom" Lizzy walked in and slammed her head on the table
"What's wrong with her" Hope walked in
"Raphael rejected her" Caroline set a plate in front of Lizzy
"I'll rip his head off if you'd like" Klaus was still mostly asleep and had no verbal filter
"Please"
"He was joking, right Klaus"
"Of course love"
"What's so important about New Year's anyways mom?" Josie looked up from her phone
"Okay, that's it, breakfast, get dressed, on the couch once everyones ready we are leaving" Everyone groaned Caroline clapped her hands and jumped a little from excitement, Klaus smiled from seeing the love of his life so happy, once everyone got done eating and got dressed Caroline was the last one down
"Everyone in the car" And make sure you have chargers and Charlie, Dean, Klaus go get an extra pair of clothes and pajamas
"Love? Where are we going?"
"Klaus please just trust me" Klaus sighed and took Dean and Charlie upstairs they came down 10 minutes later
"Okay everyone in the car"
