sometimes i forget
how wonderful u are.
i'm too busy in my own head
i just forget to look at the bigger picture
n oftentimes that falls over you.
but it always comes back to me
at silly times like when you make
a bad joke or even when you do
that little smile you do
when your nose scrunches up
n your eyes light up
or maybe especially then
and i fall in love with you
all over again
and it feels like
a blessing
and a curse
both at once.
