Hello everyone! Today I will tell you all how I do my blending.
So pay close attention to this cardigan.

Step 1:
Color in your section with it's lightest shade.

Step 2:
Chose a color that's 1 to 2 shades darker.

Step 3:
Slowly color in the darker parts of the shadow and gently fade the color out.
The more pressure, the darker / bolder the color.

Step 4:
Select a third color that's 2 to 3 shades darker than the 2nd color.

*Note: the color it by the tip of the pencil, not the paint over it.
Step 5:
Repeat step 3. Apply pressure to the pencil at the Shadow's darker points and fade it out.

Step 6:
Select your base color and repeat step 3 with said pencil.
This will smooth out the blend and help bold the image.

And now you can blend!
This may take some practice, and sometimes you need to use a few more darker shades, but the steps are the same. Simply repeat step 3 as many times as you wish.
This also works with blending two different colors together. Only when you apply step 6, do Not go beyond the blending area. And for step one, do not cross into the area of the 2nd color.
