Dear diary,
In this world, there were people. And then Japan became world leaders in '22. Now, there are people and there are Monsters. Monsters look just like anyone else. They live, breath and thrive, just like people. The difference is, they have a... mutation, if you will. Us humans eat food to keep us going, like a car uses pet- I don't need to explain how eating works.... But these Monsters can't eat our food. When they first... evolved, I guess... our food just wasn't enough nutrition, but now... they're almost allergic. If they digest, say, a sandwich, they become weak and sick and they can't call out their Daichin. The Daichin is the scary bit. It's a big fleshy thing that they use as a weapon. It can come from anywhere, but the back is commonplace. Daichin are made of flesh, yes, but they are hard as steel. Pretty much impenetrable. This Daichin paired with their super senses... we aren't a match. But, not to fear, right?! We have the Taigasu Foundation on our side, fighting against the Monsters! With the Taigasu around, the Monsters will be killed. And a dead Monster can't devour people!

THIS COULD BE THE LAST THING I EVER WRITE. I LOVE MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER, MY LITTLE BABY GIRL I LOVE HER SO MUCH.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS IS HOW IT'S GOING TO END. THE TAIGASU HAVE SCREWED ME OVER - THEY'VE SCREWED EVERYBODY FUCKING OVER THEY FELL APART.
THERE ARE NO TAIGASU TO HELP ME AND NOW I'M GOING TO DIE LIKE THIS. I CAN SEE HIM I CAN SEE HIS EYES.
