The definition of a crime varies depending on the country. Crime in general is considered to be any action that violates the law. Due to the fact that nowadays, countries have endless pages of laws and amendments is has become easier for someone to commit a crime.
Personally, I think I have been a victim of a crime. A friend stealing a box of earrings from my house when we were six years old is, although performed by a child, still a crime. So, it is sexually harassing people on the streets which is something that I am a constant victim of. Things like walking to school or inviting acquaintances to your house can put you at risk of being victim of a crime. Most wrongly done things like these aren't, in my opinion, worth reporting. Nevertheless, you should immediately report them if you think they can lead to more serious threats such as rape or qualified stealing of goods or if this actions become frequent.
Secondly, I would like to mention that I, just like any normal teenager, have committed crimes myself. The most common crime among people going through adolecence is underage drinking. Since a tender age, kids are pressured to drink by their peers. Some out of curiosity, others just for aiming to achieve popularity, every 16-year-old has had a drink at least once, making underage drinking the most common felony practiced by young people, today.
To sum up, a transgression of the law can be made by anyone. Simple and ordinary things from our everyday lifes can be seen as a more severe or lighter offense.
