I sipped my newest creation cautiously. My face turned from one of excitement to one of disgust as the sickeningly sweet leaf water hit my tongue.
"Ewwww!" I whined, glaring at the large mug. Apparently, the whine was loud enough for him to hear it. He hummed and looked over his giant novel.
My pink cheeks puffed out in defense, seeing a questioning brow raised. "I mixed in like four spoons of honey into my tea and now it's really sweet."
The book was closed and his full judgmental face was on full display. "Why would you do that? You can't handle that much sugar or flavoring of any kind, you know that."
I huffed, taking another sip, wanting to shut him up and get these next 10 ounces over with. "It's not that bad now... It tastes like sweetness and love."
He shook his head, sighing. "Why are you like this?"
