After returning from the moon,she gets a knock on the window of her room in the castle.As she opens it up,it reveals a little baby unicorn in a cute little basket,luna sees a shadow of a mother Pegasus with a red mane but nothing else before the shadow disappeared.
She brings the little pony into her room,without a clue what to do.As she picked up the little baby,she almost dropped it because of the big surprise.She quickly used her magic to pick the baby up before it hit the floor,and placed her on her bed.Luna found a note the said
Dear princess Luna,
I am a Pegasus from ponyvile,that had somehow gave birth to an alicorn,I can't keep having her but I was thinking about giving it to her.She is a girl and ever since she was born,she would use her magic to open the window and look at the stars and it scared me.She is already very strong with her magic.She can already fly faster than her older brother.She is yours to keep.Do not come looking for me.Please put her to good use thank you
Luna was amazed to already see the little pony starring silently at the night sky.
She later joined the baby and enjoyed the first night sky together.
The next morning,Luna told her sister all about what happened.She expects to see her sister angry with rage,but calmly suggested some cute baby names.
"Nova..."whispered luna.
The little pony reacted to the name and gave a cute laugh.
"that is her name,nova."
