Joel POV

"Thank you Berlin!" I  said as Luke and I bowed along with the rest of our band. It was our final night in Germany. We would be going on to Poland tomorrow. As I walked off the stage I was greeted by my wife, Moriah. "Another fantastic show dear!" She said as she hugged me. I kissed her and said"Well, it was pretty good, except for when the translator got confused and did "Burn the Chips" instead of "Burn the Ships." Moriah chucked and we walked out to the tour bus. Luke got out his phone and faced time his wife and kids, who were back home in the states. "Hey, wanna say hi to Uncle Joel and Auntie Moriah?" Luke said to the phone. We went over and smiled and said hi to Jude, Phoenix, and Leo. As we head to the back of the bus where we were sleeping, I decided to ask Moriah something I had been wanting for a while. "Hey, um,darling? I was just wondering..um... don't you want kids? I mean, we've been married for a while now, and I just can't not imagine us with out little kiddos running around." Moriah sighed. "Joel, we just don't have any room in our lives for kids right now. You just released an album and I have my band to work on. We've discussed this." I sighed. Moriah hasn't been all in on the whole kids thing. She doesn't want to get pregnant, and we have discussed adoption, though she has shot that down a numerous times. Money being one of her main reasons to object. I just didn't understand her attitude towards it. She would be a great mom! She was a great aunt. But she didn't want kids. At least not yet. She wanted to focus on her career. Sometimes, I felt as if she put her career above all else, including me And Jesus. I sighed. I just had to respect her wishes, and pray. Whatever God wants to happen will happen.
