Back to the bunnies - Anna gets wind of their shenanigans and asks Sherlock if he'd been in on it the entire time. After a thoroughly unsatisfying answer, Anna suggests Sherlock join her in a side challenge of their own: If Sherlock finishes with the most correct answers that evening, she will consult with him on his next three cases - no matter how gruesome or time consuming.
Sherlock shrugs a shoulder and glares at Anna through narrowed eyes with his left brow rakishly quirked in that way he does.
Then, Anna describes her terms - John, Sherlock and Lestrade have to dance with her at the annual year end fundraiser for The Yard. Any style she chooses, no take-backsies. After finding that he's ahead in the personal tally, Sherlock thinks he's got it in the bag and shakes on the wager with Anna. John and Lestrade also agree, and the game is on.

The Behaviorist and The Detective have tied scores at the end of the evening and, only one question is left to decide who will win. They all lean in as the last question is read aloud:
"This spiral galaxy - commonly known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224 - is bright enough to be seen with the naked eye, and is best seen during autumn nights in the Northern Hemisphere. It is located within the constellation of the same name. Bonus points, free pints and a snack to the team who can cite two verifiable facts about its namesake's origin story."
There were three teams left standing in the local pub quiz team competition. Team YardLock had been in hot contention with the team from forensics TheMollydoookers all season, and really wanted to earn bragging rights this week. The top three contenders in the individual standings were Molly Hooper, Anna, and Sherlock. Anderson had been disqualified some weeks ago for shouting out an answer.
When Sherlock heard the question, his heart sank because he knew there was a logical reason why the answers should not be alluding him, but even after running through the corridors of his Mind Palace, Sherlock could not cobble together a deduction clever enough to respond.
