The days dragged on, the waves taking the ship at an extremely slow pace to who knows where, and the weather was getting worse by the day. Aphmau seemed to be losing her mind, Aaron hid around the ship while Laurence and Katlyn tended to the duties of the ship. (Y/n) was placed with babysitting duty, taking care of the young stowaways. Dmitry and Nekoette. The little trouble makers couldn't sit still, the lack of places to roam left the kids with built up energy they couldn't seem to deposit. They were bouncing off the walls and (y/n) was sick of it. She listened to them bable and scream, giving up on trying to control them. She sighed abruptly, placing her hands in her hair. The kids weren't the only ones getting restless. The constant moving was making (y/n) question her own sanity. "(Y/n)?" Her head shot up to see Katlyn standing at the doorway, her face seemingly paler than ussual. "Why don't you go help Laurence and Aphmau with the chores, I'll take care of the children." The blue haired girl smiled wearily. (Y/n) gave a greatfull one back, getting up and walking to the door way, mouthing a thank you as she passed. She walked out of the small room she qas cooped up in, breathing in the salty air. The clouds looked particularly dark today, (y/n)s stomach turned at the idea of a storm brewing. Laurence smiled at her. "Nice to see you've come to join us." He chirped. (Y/n) smiled. "I'm losing my mind on this ship, Laurence." He chuckled, amused by the girl. "Don't worry, we'll get to land soon." He assured her. "We don't even know where we're going." She sated. The boy shrugged. "It's good to get a little adventure in." He said optimisticly. "You seem happier." She said, Laurence shrugged. "I'm trying." He said, his face drooping. (Y/n) smiled at him again in an attempt to show her support. "You'll get through this." She said, before walking towards the wheel of the ship where Aphmau stood. "Hey Aph." She said. "How's sailing going?" Aphmau looked drained, her eye's had large bags under them and she felt as if she was still partly asleep. "Awful." She said plainly. (Y/n) chuckled softly. "That's a shame, do you think we'll reach land soon?" She asked. Aphmau shrugged. "Only time will tell, I suppose. I hope this weather clears up, if not we might have a storm on our hands." Aphmau looked ahead to the horizon, the black clouds turning in the distance.

Later that night, the rain had begun, along with the waves. All hands were on deck, apart from katlyn who was inside keeping the children safe. Laurence was maneuvering the sail, yanking on the ropes to keep the sheet in order while Aaron and (Y/n) buckeded water off of the deck. Aphmau struggled to keep control of the wheel, the ship unresponsive to her attempt to steer. "The storms to strong!" She yelled. Laurence lost his grip on the rope, falling backwards as it ripped away from his hands. Another large wave hit the side of the ship, drenching (Y/n) with the salty water, sending her flying down to the other end. Eveything had gone dark on her end, the impact blowing the air out of her lungs and rattling her head to the point of unconsciousness. "Shit!" Laurence cursed, crawling to the girl. "Aphmau! She's unconscious!" He called. "Bring her inside." She ordered. While he dragged the girl to the cage of the ship, Aaron ran over to the sails, taking over with force.
"What the hell happened?" Katlyn exclaimed at the sight of the unconscious girl. "She was knocked out, It's bad out there." Laurence stated. The door had been left open, banging back and forth against the wall from the wind. Dimitri and Nekoette were huddled together on a bed, staring curiously at the girl as the ship rocked back amd forth violently. Katlyn helped place her on a bed before rushing back outside. They been blow comepletly off course and it was clear the storm had no intention of stopping. The crew let the winds take them as it pleased, only making sure the ship didn't turn over or sinking. Hoping that where they ended up wouldn't leave them stranded.
