Just an eye opener,in the way I could describe the changes that are a happening due to our ignorance as the human race. Surely for such a superior species we do make some stupid decisions in our day to day lives.

They say falling in love for the first time is the most magical feeling ever after all your first will always stay with you and of course as a romantic,I find my escape when I go down by the sand and lose myself in the depth of romance.
I am Sam. For as long as I can remember my first and only love has been the ocean and my romance novels. Cliché,I know but something about the rippling sound of the ocean and the warmth that takes over your heart when someone finds their prince charming has always been home for me.
Moving away was the worst thing my parents could have ever done to me. Boarding school wasn't an option I had to go and I would not see the love of my life for the next two years.

I looked around, cringing on the inside what had my beautiful first love turned into, sprouting piles of vomit lay by the beach. Who had feed my love poison? Plastics wrapped around his beautiful body, his smooth skin littered with bottles and countless plastic bottles. I could not even look into his ever blue eyes covered,scarred and dark,hooded with the aftermath of the human races ignorance.
I looked away too hurt to look at the tragedy that I had failed to prevent before it had taken such a drastic changes.
"What happened mother" I chocked out as I sobbed
"They are killing him, love nothing we can do" she sighed sadly
"You can't say that,we have to help him we can't let him die" a hint of hope could be heard from deep within my heart.
We have to save him, I cannot watch my first love dissappear. After all my children need to see his blue eyes shinning on a bright Sunday morning.
