When I'm with you

I'm not fine

It's been 8 months since Natsu left the guild for a special mission. To be honest, I really miss that dragon idiot. But, I was too late to say 'Don't leave' anyways.

"Are you okay, Lucy?" Wendy gave a concerned voice and look.

"I'm fine. I just miss Natsu. And I know we all do too. But, it's just a year to go, right?" I gave a fake smile to cover up my tears.

Later. I went through town and check out how it was going. All the houses Natsu destroyed were all fixed. And the town was super in peace that Natsu left.

"I guess I feel peaceful knowing that Natsu won't storm in to my property." I made a sweat drop.

I came pass with Juvia, she was out shopping.

"Hi Juvia!" I greeted.
"Lucy-san! I'm glad Juvia found you. Juvia needs help with ingredients. Juvia really wanted to have a romantic lunch with Gray-sama! Please help Juvia!" She begged with rosy cheeks.

"Calm down, of course I'll help you, Why wouldn't I?" I agreed.

First, we tried to figure out what we're gonna cook. We ended up with cake, salad, steak and ham.
I know, it's a weird combination but some of it are what Gray likes and what Juvia likes.

When we were done. They proceeded with the romantic lunch. Gray liked it so much 'somehow'. But I'm very proud of Gray. He's been my best friend for years and we keep encouraging each other. I'm very happy he found what he likes now.

Once I went home, my mind immediately thought of me and Natsu's dates. I really miss him so bad.

As I head to bed, I found myself crying. My tears were from him but with care.

"I long for you Natsu. I'm longing for you. Please hurry up and come back." I had rosy cheeks and had so much waterworks.

I'm longing for Natsu. I'm longing for his embrace, his kisses and his warmth. And I realized I won't get to feel it until after Christmas.

I then thought of what Wendy said earlier. She was asking if I was fine. But, I then realized one thing that never left my mind.

"....I'm not fine. Not without you, Natsu" I cried myself to sleep.

In the morning when I woke up, I slowly opened my eyes and saw my team looking at me. They were grinning.

"Hi Lucy! Wanna go on a job?!" Happy said holding a flyer.

"What? Why?"

"We wanted you to cheer up and forget about Natsu for a day." Erza said as I gaze upon her beauty fitting her crimson hair.

"Wow Erza, I never realized when I get up close to you, you are so pretty." Her cheeks reddened as I said.

"Look who's blushing!" Gray announced

"Shut up. And, thank you, Lucy." She smiled at me.

Well, I guess friends help you become fine again.
