The assistant : character sheet

Here is our sparkling assistant.

First name : Lisbeth
Last name : Shiro (it means "withe" in Japanese)
Totem animal : Hedgehog
Favorite color : White

Her little fads : Wind up her glasses and changing common idiom, make jokes that are not funny. She often smooths her skirt and blushes or talks really fast when she lies. When she's stressed, she chews her nails. Naturally discreet, she knows everything about everyone and know how to hold her tongue, but if she takes her glasses off, she becomes a tattletale and tell secrets.

Relation with Thomas (the recruiter) : He's in love with her but it's a one way love (in her childhood, she loved him). She respects him because he's a talented recruiter but sometimes, he annoys her. Now, she has to work with him and she admires his abilities of negotiation but she thinks he's too pretentious. (In private, she puts him back to his place but never in public because it wouldn't be professional).

Personality : Lisbeth is an attentive and kind person but we should avoid annoying her ! At work, she's very organized, but out of it, she's a young 24 years-old woman totally lightheaded and a bit disorganized. She has a professional side opposed to her real nature. That doesn't choc Thomas who is used to both her faces. When she's sick, it's her head in the clouds side that take top. She's also an outstanding negotiator and one of the rare person to laugh at the boring jokes of the recruiter.

Cooking abilities : She makes everything burn and does atrocious mix... (strawberry salad/mayonnaise) so, she only does the only eatable plate that she perfectly masters : pasta gratin !

What she likes : Like Mimi the mouse, our assistant adores little cute things (don't be surprise if she lends you a Hello Kitty pen to sign a complex contract).
She has a passion for nature and everything that is ecologic, adores animals and have many pets at home : goldfishes, cats and birds.

Taking care of people is very important for her and she always makes sure that you don't miss a thing.

This is how she met Thomas, when she was thirteen years-old, in her natal village, thanks to a text from @Marie-Lalou :

I was walking close to the stream, like everyday, I was bored, there's never action at the Village.

"Hello, doe."
"Thomas  Go away and leave me alone ! And stop calling me 'doe'."
"Pffff, you're not funny !"
"I don't care !"
"..."
"What's wrong ?"
"I am bored... And you're the only girl in the Village that seems funny."

I don't know why, but these words keep on resounding in my head. The words of my best friend. The words of a man like the others. The words of the man I love.
