Kirino Ranmaru x Fubushika Hanran (OC) ~ Sudden

Start from the beginning

Hakuryuu’s eyebrow twitched as he watched Hanran getting more concerned with the door than the three of them who are wet and cold from the storm. An idea suddenly popped in his head. He placed the back of his palm on his forehead and arched his back as if in pain. “Oh my goodness, I think I broke a bone right here… I may not be able to walk again…” he opened one eye to peek on Hanran’s reaction and to his disappointment, the redhead only rolled her eyes on him.

“As if I didn’t know you any better,” Hanran coldly said earning a chuckle from Hakuryuu.

“Oh, come on Han-chan. You can be more concerned about us than that stupid door at a time like this,” Hakuryuu said.

“Call me Han-chan one more time and I’ll make you my front door for the rest of the year,” Hanran said as she attempted once more to put the doorknob back in place.

“Geez I was just kidding.”

“What are you guys doing here anyway?” Hanran turned to face the three of them, a question mark dangling on top of her head as she couldn’t think of any logical way for the three, having distinct personalities, to be together.

“It’s a long story and your house happened to be the nearest one we can shelter ourselves from the storm. We’re truly sorry about the door,” Kirino answered. “We’ll try to replace it as soon as possible.”

“Thank you, Kirino,” Hanran sighed. She was slightly surprised by her own words. She rarely says thank you but nothing stopped her from saying it to Kirino.

“Ugh, this shirt is gonna give me a cold,” Hakuryuu took his shirt off and Kirino and Tenma followed suit.

Seeing the three beginning to undress in front of her, Hanran began to panic. “O-oi don’t t-take them off here!” she rushed towards the three and pushed them into a room. “Go, go, go!”

She quickly slammed the door, a deep shade of red begins to form on her cheeks.

“The heck was that?” Tenma wondered, totally oblivious about the redhead’s outburst.

“Oi, Han-chan! Ya got any spare shirts here?” Hakuryuu yelled.

“It’s in the closet and don’t call me Han-chan you son of a----” Hanran’s muffled answer can be heard outside.

“Thanks!”

“I can’t believe I’m doing this,” Hanran grunted under her breath as she made her way towards the kitchen. “If only it weren’t for Kirino…” she took out a knife, a chopping board, seasonings, and some meat from the fridge.

“Wait… how do you cut this thing again?” she stared blankly at the clove of garlic and frowned. Her parents are currently out and they had left her instant food which is only enough for her. She will have to cook for those three if they’ll be staying for a while until the storm calms.

“Ugh, scratch that…” Hanran groaned in frustration as she chopped the garlic without removing its thin coverings and tossed it in the pan. She took the onion next and didn’t bother to cut it. After tossing the whole onion in the pan, she wondered what could the three be taking so long to change.

Remembering Kirino, Hanran had once again wondered about his gender. Of course she had confirmed to Tsurugi and Hakuryuu that Kirino is a guy, but his voice and appearance still give her doubts. What if Kirino is a girl after all? And she’s just trying to hide it? Wait… if Kirino is a girl… then Tenma and Hakuryuu could be… they can’t be doing something to Kirino while they were changing in the room together… A picture of Kirino being taken advantage by Hakuryuu and Tenma popped in Hanran’s mind.

Congratulations, Hanran. You just thought something really weird about Hakuryuu, Tenma and Kirino, Hanran thought to herself.

She didn’t know why but somehow she had left the kitchen to take a peek in the room to see for herself if Kirino truly is a guy. She tiptoed her way to the door and carefully turned the knob.

Meanwhile, the three had changed clothes except for Kirino who unfortunately, didn’t find any clothes suitable for him. Hanran hasn’t done the laundry yet and there were only two spare shirts in the room.

“How about this one?” Tenma took out a pair of clothes from a drawer and handed it to Kirino.

“You know that’s Hanran’s lingerie, right?” Kirino said as he gradually blushed seeing Hanran’s clothing.

Tenma stared at the pair of clothes in his hand and dropped off a sweat. “Oops, my bad!”

“Tenma, you pervert!” a furious Hanran stormed in the room and in an attempt to grab the lingerie from Tenma, the redhead stumbled into a shirtless Kirino.

Hanran shook her head as she tried to regain her composure from the impact. But before she could get up, she looked down at Kirino who is beneath her, breathing heavily.

“K-K-Kirino… Your shirt… Y-you’re not a girl?” the redhead asked.

Kirino’s blush somewhat faded and his eyes widened. “Excuse me?”

“You’re not a girl!” Hanran exclaimed.

“Uhh, I guess you’re right?” Kirino replied, not knowing how to properly respond to Hanran’s outburst.

Hanran looked up and saw Tenma still holding the lingerie. She shot him a death glare. “Don’t you plan on dropping my mom’s lingerie?”

Tenma threw the clothing aside and his face turned red. “G-gomen!!!” then he ran out the room.

“When you two are done, you can get up,” Hakuryuu said as he followed Tenma.

Hanran pushed herself up only to be pulled down by Kirino. The redhead yelped . She stared into Kirino’s eyes and realized how beautiful they were.

Before she knew it, a pair of lips landed on hers, making her eyes wide and in a second, she pulled away.

“I’m sorry…” Kirino muttered as they both got up.

Hanran was too shocked to respond. Though she truly likes Kirino and had denied it herself, his move was too quick it made her panic instead of kissing him back.

“I knew this was too soon. And I know you already know how I feel for you,” Kirino continued as they sat down together. “Please forgive me.”

Hanran just nodded in response and she looked back up at Kirino. “Can we slow down a bit?”

“Yes. May I start with asking you out on a date?” Kirino hopefully asked.

“Okay…” Hanran took a deep breath. “Sure.”

Kirino smiled down at her and for the first time she found herself smiling back so genuinely.

“Hey Han-chan, are you cooking something in the-------”

An explosion was heard from the kitchen and fortunately, no one got hurt. The storm had calmed down but the three of them had stayed for a while to help repair the damage.

Hidan: Uhh, I don’t really know what you just wrote there.

Gin: Me neither. *nervous laugh* I’m sorry this was too long, the plot’s sort of disrupted and there was OOC-ness. I hope I didn’t make Fubushika-san too OOC, ThePokemonLover . Thank you for requesting and thank you so much for your patience.
