Chapter 22

"Listen pet", Wonho said while he slung an arm around my neck, "we don't have a crush on you but you do know how much we love you as a friend, right?". I look at him and shook my head in disbelief, "you guys~ I love you guys too! Have I ever doubted that? No~ so come here and give me a hug", right after I said that all of the six boys squeezed me into a tight bear hug.

From the corner of my eyes, I saw Shownu looking at me with a smile, so I look at him and returned the smile. Suddenly the hug went tighter and tighter, "yah yah yah! I can't breathe!", I struggled inside the tight hug.

"yah, l-let me go before I pass-", before I could finish my words, they FINALLY let me go from the hug, I was on my knees as I took steady breath of the air that those guys took. Seriously these guys.

"yah~ we're sorry", Kihyun bent down to ruffle my upper hair gently, "Minhyuk-ah was the one who tightly hug you". "yah, am I seriously the one to be put the blame on? I.M did that too!", Minhyuk pointed an accusing finger at I.M.

Right after being pointed at, I.M grinned devilishly and derpily, that naughty maknae.

"hei guys, let's go to the studio first, I think I want to practice my song", the chipmunk slash squirrel of the group pointed out after scanning something from his phone. "seriously? You know I wasn't lying when I said I was sleepy".

"how about this, Kihyun-ii goes to the studio while we go to the nearest beach around here, how's that?", I suggested after thinking for a while, "well that way, Changkyun-ii can rest while the others play with the water".

Kihyun went silent after hearing my thoughts.

"does manager-nim even knows about that?", Minhyuk piped up while dancing around as he walk along the street. I bit my own lip and shrugged my shoulder, "I should call him first".

I fished my phone from my pocket and pressed no.1 and instantly call papa. I waited for him to answer and once he answered.

"papa, can I ask for a favor?"

"what favor?"

"can me and the boys go to Eurwangni beach? Please please pleeaasssseeee preeeettyyyyyyy plleeeaaasseeee"

"hahahaha~ sure, but make sure you change the bandage around Shownu's wrist if it gets wet, we don't want him to get an infection over this"

"wah! Thank you so much papa!", then my eyes landed on Kihyun, "wait a minute papa", I look at Kihyun and called out to him, "do you still have to go to the studio Kihyun-ii?", I tried to provoke him. He huffed a pout and puffed his cheeks making him look so cute, "you gave me no choice".

I.M playfully punched Kihyun's arm, "yah, just join us, you know you can practice while we're there". Kihyun sighed and nodded before smiling goofily. I grinned before saying, "papa, we'll call you when we arrive at the beach, okay?".

"sure dear, have fun with the boys, take care!"

"ne", I answered before I hang up, "let's head back to the dorm and pack some things for the beach but make it quick".

"let's race!", Minhyuk excitedly suggested before he started counting, "3...2...1!", he started running. Kihyun, Wonho, Jooheon and I.M quickly ran too, leaving me, Hyungwon and Shownu. Both of them are standing on each of my side, "Hyungwon-ii, Shownu-yah, won't you join the others?", I asked.

Hyungwon smiled and shook his head, "aniya~ I'm too full to run". "how about you, Shownu-yah?", I look up at Shownu and he just smiled at me, "I'll take that as you feel too sleepy to run", I made my own assumption. Shownu smiled even more as he patted my head gently as we walk.

"I think you two made up, right?", Hyungwon smirked down at me. "oh shut up", I giggly hugged both of their arms with my own before pulling them with me to their dorm.

We were already in the van and Hyungwon volunteer to drive us there while Wonho took the passenger seat. I sat at the middle seat next to Shownu, while Jooheon and Minhyuk took the front seat and I.M and Kihyun took the back seat.

"yay! Bada da~! Bada da~!", Minhyuk sang excitedly while peeking out from the window as Hyungwon drove. "Wonho-hyung, louden the volume! let's hear some music!", Jooheon grinned.

Wonho turn the music up and it was from Hyorin-eonnie's song called 'Paradise'. All of us got excited that we sang to the song to lessen our boredom during the trip, we continue to sing the next song 'A lie' by B1A4.

After singing and enjoying for a while I look at Shownu who, surprisingly, was staring at me from who knows when, I blinked my eyes two to three times while looking at him. He just shook his head but still had a smile on his face.

I look down at his wrist, I should change it before an infection occurs. I took my bag and fish out the things I brought for him, I kneel down next to him and start to unwrap the bandages from around his wrist.
