The splendour of being amidst the clouds. The glory of moving with the wind. The amazement of doing something, astonishing.
Every human aspires to do something they aren't capable of, an allure that is impossible to erase within our daydreams. Some go beyond and make their wishes come to life in one way or another. Some, however, watch from the cold hard ground and under their breath, curse the day that they were born.
Feats of the extraordinary, something like a human being capable of flight was regarded as nothing but a delusion of grandeur until the birth of the first enhanced.
The powers started off simple, initially, the enhanced human beings were able to fly, lift objects with their minds and spit fire out of their mouths. As the years passed, more and more complex abilities spawned with some individuals being capable of manipulating the forces of space and time themselves.
Soon, every single enhanced ability was documented and even categorised in classes of power; D, C, B, A and Nova.
Everyone has a gift. What differentiates a human from one another is how they utilize their gifts.
