"Wait, seriously?!" Donghyuck was astounded.

"What did you say about me?!" Jeno held Renjun back from tossing Chenle out of the building.

"Its true," Jeno said with his signature smile. "My parents are deaf, so I can read lips and use sign language. Renjun's a genius. He was a white cap hacker for a reason."

"Ohhh, that makes sense," Donghyuck nodded. "So what's it like being office runners, guys? Let's have a talk, since we all struggle with our jobs anyways."

All five of them groaned.

Jisung and Chenle complained about a marketing manager who made them shred the wrong stack of documents while Renjun ranted about a pair of executives who wouldn't stop trying to flirt with their Chinese pick up lines. Jeno explained his struggles with a female director, and Jaemin also expressed the same in surprise when he found he and Jeno were dealing with the same person. As for Donghyuck . . .

"I swear to god, that jerk-face can go to hell," Donghyuck scowled.

"Ouuuuu is that you categorizing him as hot?" Jaemin winked.

"Yeah, he's hot," Donghyuck rolled his eyes. "He needs to go back and burn in hell, his motherland."

"Wow, it's like we have microphones in here and you're all using megaphones!"

"Ah! You're the short guy!" Jisung pointed at the worker in silver earrings.

"I swear to god, if there were no cameras, I would pour this on you all," the worker huffed and set down a tray with all of their orders.

"Wow! Thank you so much, hyung!" Chenle cheered.

"Oof, my ears--- I mean, of course!" The guy smiled sarcastically and disappeared into the kitchen again.

"Talk about attitude," Jaemin sipped his black death mass of a coffee.

Literally, that concoction was like from the Styx river or something. Donghyuck wouldn't be surprised if a dead soul were in it or two. Brute force may be an effective way to kill, but make Na Jaemin's coffee the main source of water and you'll have plenty of dead adversaries.

"Reminds me of you," Donghyuck took an elbow from his best friend.

The six of them chatted away for a while. It started to seem like they had known each other for a few years when they really just met a few days ago. The conversation was still going smoothly when a notification sounded for all four agents. All four phones. At the same time.

They all stared at one another for a minute before Donghyuck broke the silence.

"Go on, I need to check the message," Donghyuck said.
