"Did they really make sure they were in this warehouse yard?" Jaemin whispered.

"That's what Sol said," Donghyuck hid with Jaemin behind a warehouse not far from the entrance.

"Hyuck, I think it's better that we split up and communicate by phone," Jaemin suggested.

"Are you sure? They might still be here."

"They? Who?" Jaemin questioned.

"Sol said that they got caught watching a transaction," Donghyuck put in short. "The men here are in a gang, and one is Kim Ha-geum."

Jaemin put a hand over Donghyuck's mouth, "No need to say more. What else did she tell you about their appearances?'

"They had masks on... if I remember correctly, black outfits with gun holsters. Not sure what kind of gun," Donghyuck did his best to remember the picture Solhee uploaded to his PC.

"Okay. Do you promise to pay?" Jaemin said.

"Pay?" Donghyuck gave him a confused look.

"The phone bill."

"What? Why?"

Jaemin simply shook his head with a smile, pulling out his phone and calling Donghyuck.

"Awhat-adgfhdjkllkl-- are you CRAZY?!" Donghyuck whisper-shouted as he quickly put his phone on vibrate and answered the call before any noise came out of it.

"Keep it near. We can't depend on our ear pieces for this one," Jaemin said as he turned his phone brightness down low.

To make the light even more less visible, he took out a black handkerchief and wrapped the phone with it. Donghyuck lowered his brightness as well and instead put the phone into his large pocket. He then zipped it shut. Huh, fancy work clothes with zippers. Useful.

"I'll go this way," Jaemin pointed to the left.

"Wait!" Donghyuck pulled the boy back before he could go. "How in the world am I supposed to find you in this place?!"

"Oh, right," Jaemin said. "If one of us finds the place or needs help, just open up the tracking app. You'll see me on the screen. Solar-noona does this to all of our devices by herself when we join. You'll see my name and you will be a red dot. Just find me. Oh, but remember to not go more than five miles away. The app won't pick you up."

"Then I'll go this way," Donghyuck gestured to his right. "If we find nothing, we meet up in two hours."

"Deal."

"Ah, Jaemin-ah!" Donghyuck called, making the younger who was already on his way turn back to face him.

"Yeah?"

"Don't get caught."

Jaemin grinned, "Worried for me, aren't you? No worries, cutie."

"Fucker-- I hope you die, pretty boy," Donghyuck rolled his eyes, also grinning.

"I love you too!" Jaemin flipped his friend off before slipping into the shadows.

Donghyuck scoffed in disgust.

"I guess it's about time I do one of those cliche spy montages with the climatic music in the back," Donghyuck sighed as he did his best to hide in the shadows.

---

It was an hour and a half in, and Donghyuck was about to admit defeat.

What's worse than sorting files in a boring office with a stone for your boss? Being stuck in the cold-ass rain, in the dark, alone, with the threat of gangsters catching you any moment. Oh, by the way, did he mention that everything looks the fucking same here? He was maybe walking in circles. By now, Donghyuck was worn out. Not because of the walking in the rain, but from the mental stress of the situation.
