After me and Ashton got ready, we decided we'd go to IHOP. I quickly tied my shoes and dragged Ashton out the door while he was struggling to pull on his vans, which resulted in him falling down the steps on my porch.

"Michael, what the hell man?" Ashton groaned. "Do you need pancakes that bad?"

I laughed and nodded. "Of course I need pancakes that bad Ashton." I simply said, shrugging. When I walked away from him without helping him up, he scoffed.

"What?" I said, pretending I didn't know why he was on the verge of killing me. He sighed and brushed himself off, taking a deep breath and mumbling something under his breath. "You are so lucky I love you."

"No, you're lucky I love you. Any one would want the famous Michael Clifford to love them." I cockily said, flipping my nonexistent hair over my shoulder. Ashton rolled his eyes, a small smile appearing on his face.

"Let's just go, you dipshit." He said, pushing me forward. "Okay!" I yelled, running behind him and then quickly jumping onto his back.

Ashton made an "umph" sound, clutching onto my(fabulous)legs as he tried his best to not fall over. I was contentedly sitting on his back, holding in my laughter.

"Get the fuck off of me." Ashton said, stopping in his tracks. "Make me." I sassily replied. When I heard Ashton sigh, I thought I had won, and was about to do a victory 'whoop' before I was tumbling off Ashton's back and onto the hard gravel.

I groaned, holding onto my now squashed wrist. "It hurts, Ashy." I whined, letting out little whimpers. "Stop being such a baby," He said, turning around and stopping in his tracks. He looked at my face and I could tell he was having an inner debate with himself.

"Help me up Ash?" I asked in the most babyish tone I could muster. Ashton sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. I let my lower lip come down, a small pout on my face.

It was only a matter of seconds until Ashton was scooping me up into his arms, earning a squeal from me. He was carrying me bridal style. I smiled and leaned my head on his chest. "Wow, you're so light." Ashton told me.

"I weigh 110, I'm not light!" I said, making Ashton chuckle. "I weigh 127, Mikes, and Im pretty strong. Trust me, you barely weigh anything." He told me. I just pouted and flicked his chest. I wish I was all manly and strong, not all chubby and weak.

By the time we got to IHOP, Ashton was still carrying me, no signs of struggling. That pissed me off, because I can't even carry a 20 pound dog for 3 minutes before getting tired.

Once we were inside, I pulled my wallet out and handed Ashton 2 quarters, to which he gave a confused look. I smirked at him and pointed at the toy crane pushed against the wall. "Get yourself something nice, Ash." I patted his back as pushed him towards it just as a waitress started walking towards me. "Hi, can I please get a table for two?" I asked her.

She smiled at me and told me to pick any open table. I silently thanked her and walked over to a table. I got up onto the tall stool, struggling a little bit but otherwise everything was okay. I leaned my head on my hand, letting out a sigh. I was so bored.

Just as I was about to get up to say hi to Ashton, the same girl who pointed me to a table came over and asked what I wanted to drink. She had obviously dyed hair, blonde, and looked a bit like that kid Luke was friends with.

"Hi, I'll get a chocolate milk, thanks." I said, earning an eyebrow raise. "What? I like chocolate milk." She just smiled at me. "Okay, that's cool, I don't judge. I'll bring your drink out in a few." She smiled at me.

Not too long later, I had my chocolate milk. I thanked the waitress, Mali I learned her name was, and quietly sipped on my chocolate milk.

A few minutes later, I saw a blonde puff of hair in the corner of my eye, which caused me to turn around, and almost fall. I carefully scanned the room before my eyes landed on a waiter. That waiter being the one and only, Luke Hemmings, his face looking beat up. I groaned, getting off the stool to go look for Ashton.

I might've not seemed scared in the moment, but internally I was pissing my pants and screaming like a little girl.

I spotted Ashton still at the toy crane, 2 plush's in his hand as he tried to win more. I cleared my throat, making him jump and hit the button. That resulted in him actually grabbing a plush cat.

"Don't scare me like that!" Ashton yelled, hitting my arm. I just rolled my eyes. "Shut up Ashton. You grabbed a cat plush because of me." I told him, and he turned around, letting out an 'oh' when he realized. He grabbed it and turned back to me, "Besides that, why're you over here? Shouldn't you be at the table?"

I sipped on my chocolate milk before saying, "Not anymore, I saw Lucass. Did you know he works here now?" I let out a sigh, remembering when I would call him Lucass. Hate me for saying it, but I miss that little asshole.

"Ew, what is Luke doing here? Didn't he just have a job at McDonald's 1 or 2 days ago?" Ashton said, hands on his hips. I just shrugged.

"I guess he lost his job at McDonald's because of the fight. The real thing I'm confused about is how he got a job so fast." I said, looking at my chocolate milk. Ashton's face twisted into confusion. "How the fuck is it even possible to get a new job that fast?" Ashton nearly yelled, shaking his head.

Before I could respond, I was being spun around by the one and only, Luke Hemmings. I scoffed and sipped on my chocolate milk, "What do you want Lucass." I said, bothered. To say Luke looked taken aback was an understatement. "Excuse me?" He said, obviously annoyed.

"I said, what do you want Lucass." I was loving the reaction I got from Luke when I called him that. "I'm gonna beat your ass, Michael." Luke said, pulling his fist back. Out of panic, I poured the rest of my chocolate milk on Luke's head.

"You little shit!" Luke screamed, trying to grab me. Me and Ashton were in hysterics as we ran past Luke to the door. The last thing I heard from Luke before we left was "My poor hair."

Ashton and I finally stopped running when we couldn't see IHOP anymore and took a moment to just laugh. "I can't believe you did that!" Ashton cried, clutching onto his stomach.

Ashton and I laughed for another 4 minutes before our laughter died out, leaving us to just smile until our cheeks hurt.

After 10 minutes of just sitting in a parking lot with Ashton, our stomachs growling, I gasped. "I forgot to pay!" I cried, tugging on my hair. Ashton placed his hand on my shoulder, "Mate, calm down. You'll be okay." Ashton told me, but I felt so bad.

"But Mali is probably pissed she didn't get money now." I pouted. Ashton looked at me, raising an eyebrow. "Who's Mali?" He asked. "The waitress who served me. I feel horrible Ash." I sighed into my hands.

"I'm sure she'll be fine. Let's go get some food now." Ashton rolled his eyes at me, hugging his plushies to his chest. I sighed.

"Okay, let's go to that McDonald's right there."

"Sounds perfect."
