Taehyungs POV
"kookie, kookie, kookie, I LOVE U" i hug my best friend squeezing his waist as hard as i can.
i snuggle my face in his chest, listening to his heartbeat.
he smiles down at me and squeezes me back.
"i love you tae tae" we both giggle at my nickname. he hugs me even tighter.
"Jungkook and Taehyung get inside, recess is over", our teacher shouts from across the playground. we get up from our secret area.
it was our own little hut. kookie says that it is our home. i love kookie.
we hold hands and run to the teacher. she keeps looking at our hands with a weird face. i don't know why, but i don't care because i love holding kookie.
"Boys separate now" She demands grabbing our hands apart.
"owie Ms. Huna that r-rewly hurt" kookie says holding his hand. he slowly starts to shake, trying to control his tears.
"kookie baby do not cry" i pull him into my chest. i hate her for making kookie cry everyday. i kiss his booboo goodbye and wipe his face. he looks up smiling, his eyes twinkling from the previous tears.
"If both of you don't separate NOW, I will call your parents" She forcefully grabs my hand. I reach for kookie but he too far away.
"bye bye taetae" he looks at me once more before he goes to the opposite hallway.
why is everyone so mean to me and kookie. i wish we could be normal friends like everyone else in 3rd grade but it will never be normal.

"mommy me and kookie are getting married tomorrow!!!" i pull on my moms shirt, trying to get her attention.
"Taehyung, stop talking like that, do you know what people will think about you two?" she looks down at me, my smile disappears.
"mommy but i love kookie, and you said when you love someone you get married" i look up at her with hopeful eyes.
"A man and a women Taehyung, not two boys that is not NORMAL" she scolds me, slapping my arm. my eyes start to cloud with tears,
"b-but mommy it's n-normal t-to me" i hiccup, my hands tremble as i try to wipe the tears.
it's normal to me
