She shook her head as in no.

His expression was annoyed. Maybe he had thought she would remember just by a name.

It didn't work that way.

She watched him as he went to open another drawer on the other side of the bedroom.

"How about this?"

He held up a photo and she gazed at it.

"Wasn't that me?"
