Here I'm going to give you guys a small bit of background information on Macbeth commonly known as the "Scottish play".

Legend has it that on opening night of Macbeth, the young boy playing Lady Macbeth (as young boys whose voices hadn't broke played women on stage due to women not being suitable and that they had to play their roles as mothers and housekeepers) became ill and later died. Shakespeare had to take his place. his death was most likely caused by lead poisoning due to the makeup that he had to wear

In 1672 Amsterdam an actor playing Macbeth used a real dagger and stabbed Duncan to death on stage during the performance

1948; Diana Wynward who was acting as Lady Macbeth fell 20 feet off stage during the sleepwalking scene and got injured badly and was unable to continue with the show

It is clear to see that while Shakespeare was writing this play he had a strong belief in the paranormal which may have actually cursed his play therefore leaving a scar forever on this "Scottish Play" and whoever stars in it.

It is not to be referred as Macbeth ever in the play but "Macbee". as if the cursed name was said it would cause possible unemployment or total collapse of the play.
