tie's birthday

Annie pov

it is tie's third birthday today and I am taking him to the beach with haymitch,peeta,katniss, and one if his friends Joshua and his mom. he is extremely excited he loves the water and I think when he is older he will move near the water.

I get him dressed in a blue top that says cool dude and some shorts that are gray. I take a brush and go quickly threw his hair because I don't have time to do it fancy.

I am watering a blue dress with silver sandals. I leave my red hair down because it is not a day that it is gonna do want I want.

ten minutes later we are ready and start to head to the beach. I strap tie to the car seat and start driving.

peeta pov

me and katniss are ready to go to the beach for ties third birthday. I can't believe he is already three. the only thing that would make this better if finnick was here. I can't imagine not even meeting your farther. poor tie.

"katniss are you ready"I ask.

"yeah"she says walking down the stairs.

she is wearing gold flip flops with a whit top and black shorts, and her hair is in a braid down her back.

I lock my elbow with hers and we walk out of the house locking the door behind us. I see haymitch has left already because his car is gone and his house looks empty.

katniss and I get in the car and head to the beach. she changes the channel at least ten times and finally stopped and picked a  station. the song is called wings I guess I don't know I am not into girl music.

"it is the perfect day to come hear"I say.

"I know it is so nice out,its the perfect temperature outside and the water seams to have no waves"katniss says as we drive into the beach parking lot. katniss takes the cooler and chips and I takes the grill.

"what are you making"katniss asks me

"some burgers and chicken and for those who don't like meat some salad"I answer

"sound delicious I might have it all"Annie says as we walk up to her to ask where to set the grill up.

I look over and see tie and his friend playing in the water supervised by his friend I think Joshua's mom.

"yeah sound good"katniss says since she asked the question.

I start starts cooking and she goes talk to haymitch and Annie for a little while I make the food.

when I am done cooking we all sit down and eat. When the cake comes out tie is so excited because I put his favorite show on it. we all start to sing.

"happy birthday to you

you no are three oh happy birthday to you"we all finish.

"happy birthday hunny"Annie says and hugs her son.

"any wish what do you want" Annie asks tie.

"I wish for me to meet my daddy,I realllleyyyy want to I want to see him"he says happy and then it was like a shoot threw Annie's heart.

that is the only wish he wants and we can't give it to him oh poor tie.
