"You, what are you doing?!" I yelled to a man balling up paper

"What do you mean?" He asked as he turned towards me

"Put the paper down in the trash can!" I said as he got ready to throw the paper out to the water

"But why?" He asked "It wont hurt us" He said

"It does hurt us, it hurts our ocean, our animals, and Sea Turtles are already almost extinct! Be more careful!" I yelled to him

"But it won't harm them all" He said

"We are a plastic planet!" I yelled at him again

"Plastic planet?"

A few years later the man's POV

"Daddy? Why can't I throw this in the water?" Asked my son

"Because son, someone about 4 years ago told me something once, it was very meaningful" I said to my son

"What was it daddy?" Asked the boy

"'Put the paper down in the trash can!'" I copied the girl from a few years ago's voice

"Why did she say that?" Asked my son, now curious

"She said 'It does hurt us, it hurts our ocean, our animals' and so on, she ranted to me for a bit.."

"Why?" Asked my son, I sighed

"Sea turtles are almost extinct son, be careful" I said and walked over to the water

"Our animals, our ocean, our people" I said quietly

"A plastic planet."
