Mission: Niall's view

Niall's POV

I walked past the meeting room with my hands in my sweater pockets but slowly stopped noticing something. I peeked my head in seeing Cora sitting on one of the couches reading a book. She also had headphones on humming to herself. I decided to sneak up behind her putting my hands over her eyes. Cora flinched a bit surprised.

"Hey I can't see" Cora giggled grabbing my hands. I took one hand of her eyes pulling the headphones off and whispered in her ear.

"Guess who" I smirked earning one back.

"Well it certainly can't be the president" she laughed making me pull my hands back. Cora turned her head looking at Niall. "Oh you didn't let me finish guessing" she pouted as he went to go sit next to her.

"I didn't feel like standing to long" I said glancing over at her book. "What are you reading?" I asked.

"If I stay, by Gayle Forman" she answered hugging the book.

"Is it any good?"

"Of course it's so full of love and sadness"

"Kinda sounds girly don't you think" I teased her earning a glare

"Well it's not that girly" Cora defended the book.

"Hey. Do you wanna go out and grab something to eat" I suggested giving her a grin.

"Are we allowed to leave?" Cora asked worried

"Your not. But if they see you with me they won't question. C'mon Cora don't be like the other lame agents here that only work. Live a little, you finally on your own and no one can tell you what to do" I pleaded seeing her hesitate. She sighed and put down the book.

"Fine, but lets not be out to long" Cora smiled as I took her hand. We went to the elevator taking it upstairs to the main floor. I dragged her outside past security as she covered her eyes not being used to how it was outside.

Me and Cora Walked around and taking pictures in front of all of the sights. We went to see 'Big Ben', the 'tower of London' and the 'Tate modern art museum'. I took so many off guard pictures of her even though I didn't need to, and she didn't notice. Cora's just so pretty.... I had to. I know we were only supposed to get something to eat really quick but we got distracted by other things and lost track of time. There was a lot going on today in the streets of London and it got pretty crowded so I grabbed a hold on Cora's hand entwining our fingers. She looked down at our hands blushing then looked away quickly. I smirked at her as we kept walking. We still really didn't eat anything so I asked what she wanted.

"Umm I really don't know." She thought as we kept walking. But her eyes got wide when she saw a cotton candy vendor at the end of the block. I knew what she wanted. I laughed to myself as we made our way to the vendor and I bought her a big bag of cotton candy. Cora got excited popping a piece in her mouth and hummed in satisfaction. "Oh my goodness thanks Niall" she thanked me giving me a tight hug. I hugged her back keeping a arm around her. Cora starting giving me pieces of her cotton candy having a feeling she won't finish it all by herself.

It was starting to get late and London lit up having a beautiful scenery to it, and soon it also got really cold and I watched as Cora started to hug herself having goosebumps on her arms. I grabbed the hem of my sweater pulling it over my head and giving it to her. She looked at me and smiled sweetly taking it and pulling it easily on. Cora grabbed my hand standing on her tip-toes giving a peck on the cheek. I blushed smiling to myself. I decided to take Cora to one more place before we went back. I took her to the 'London's eyes' Ferris wheel thinking she would like it.

I went to get our tickets paying extra to have one of the carts all to our selves with a little champagne and chocolates to our experience. When we finally got to one of the Ferris wheel carts inside awaited our champagne and chocolates. The lights made it more beautiful. Cora 'awed' at the sight and spun around taking in the sights and looked to me.

"What's all this?" she asked excitedly.

"Well I thought why not finish off the night with something amazing" I replied taking a seat. Cora sat down next to me as I poured us some champagne. "You want some?"

"I don't know if I could drink" she answered nervously taking the glass.

"Oh please I heard about your little girls night. Especially if your having it with Miranda. This is nothing compared to what you were drinking with her" I laughed taking a sip. She nodding her head also taking a sip.

"Hey you were complaining about my book this morning about it being girly. Don't you think this is a bit girly" Cora raised her eyebrows grinning at me.

"No this is far from your girl book."

"Really how?"

"Well first off I don't say any cheesy lines that makes girls go gaga over me and wish they had a boyfriend like me" I rolled my eyes at the thought. We botched laughed and stared out at the view.

"You don't have to say any cheesy line for me to wish I had a boyfriend like you. I like you the way you are" Cora smiled at me shyly biting her lip. I smiled back at her, getting what she was saying to me. We both blushed and leaning in slowly before being interrupted by my phone. We both jumped up sitting back the way we were. I quickly answered the phone a little annoyed of our interruption.

"Hello?" I said annoyed

"Hey Niall where are you. We were supposed to have a meeting thirty minutes ago" I heard Katherine voice on the other line also frustrated.

"Oh crap. I got the message about that this morning but I got a little busy and I lost track of the time. But this is really important business I had to attend" I glanced over at Cora winking.

"Well i mean if it's really important ok but your going to have to be filled in when you come back"

"Ok talk to your later" I rushed to hang up and turn off my phone. "Sorry about that." I laughed nervously embarrassed. Cora giggled and shook her head.

"It's alright I guess" she took another sip as we sat in silence. Cora rested her head on my shoulder giving me a chance to put my arm around her shoulder. We stayed like this for the rest of our Ferris wheel ride just enjoying each other's presence.

After the Ferris wheel we started to head back to headquarters. She let me wrap an arm around her waist. "Cora?" I asked looking at her.

"Yea?"

"When you what did you mean when you said you liked me the way I am. I know what I'm like and I find it hard for a girl like you to like me."

"Niall why would you say something like that?"

"Well I'm lazy, don't like to clean, always eat, and love burping contests"

"I like those things about you. I like you the way you are Niall. I like that you be yourself and not like anyone else to impress me. I like you a lot Niall" Cora smiled at me giving me another kiss on the cheek. We headed inside the head quarters and walked to her floor. "Thank you for today Niall. I really enjoyed it"

"Anytime. Well maybe you can tell me more about that book. I wouldn't mind listening"

"Alright how about I tell you about it over breakfast tomorrow"

"Yea see you then" I came over to her kissing her on the side of the mouth stepping back seeing her bite her lip. I walked back to the elevator leaving her there smirking at me.
