18 years ago, on Halloween night, a scientist worked to create a powerful supercomputer that has the ability to create the perfect Halloween party, Halloween treats, and so much more.
It was later presented at an auction in Washington, D.C.. But, when he came to explain what it does to the companies, his own creation electrocuted and killed him and proceeded to kill everyone else. It turns out that the batteries put inside the AI was contaminated with hazardous chemicals. The Government had it shut down and buried underground permanently. However, those who come to visit Washington D.C. mysteriously vanish.
