It was all good just a week ago

Ky'Leah arrived at Coco's condo. The twins had lived by themselves. Her and her sister were emancipated when they were 17 because their parents died and they didn't want to go to foster care. Their parents died in a car crash and left the twins to fend for themselves. Good thing her parents were wealthy. Their parents had a hefty savings and the twins inherited all of it .

Kyleah walked in the lobby and asked the receptionist to ring me up to Coco's condo. She lived in a nice building in Brookhaven with lots of security and white people. Real bougie

Kyleah got up to Coco's door and it was already unlocked. She closed the door and sat next to Coco on the couch. Her place was furnished so nice. She had a big tan sectional couch with a large flatscreen tv, everything was decorated in detail. The kitchen was a nice size and she had pictures of her parents on the walls. Ky'Leahs eyes locked on Coco's and you could see all the pain Coco was going through. Coco looked rough, her hair was in a messy bun. She had on sweats and a tank top. Her eyes were bloodshot red . Ky'Leah embraced her bestfriend in a tight hug. If Ky'Leah could take her pain away she would.

"I just can't believe it Leah ... how it go from good to bad so fast, she was all I had left, I have no family " said Coco breaking out in tears

"Aww bestie you have me. Although I'm not blood I love y'all like sisters. I know I can't take her place but I will be here to fill in I promise" Ky'Leah said sincerely. They grew up together and there was nothing she wanted more than to cheer her friend up

"That was my other half, I feel like a part of me died with her Ky" Coco was never a sensitive person. She was the most toughest person I knew. She was the fighter and the loud mouth. I only saw her shed a tear the time her parents died. This was the second time my bestfriend ever broke down.

"I know I know but it's going to be okay Coco... look at me" Ky'Leah said holding her friend hands as they sat on the couch together criss crossed apple sauce.

" whatever you need I got you, everything happens for a reason and the world was just too evil for Cici remember she used to  always say "I came to bless y'all souls then I'm out" she had the kind of spirit that lit up the room. She had the prettiest smile and could turn a bad day good. "She's in a better place and even though it may be hard you will get through it" Ky'Leah said full heartedly

"Thanks Ky I really needed this talk" Coco said whipping her tears

"Always ... you always there for me. Let me return the favor" said Ky'Leah. It was true Ky'Leah would always come to Coco about her problems. Coco would always be there to listen

"So you know Cici man Josh called me right? So I answered and this nigga gone say I'm sorry to hear about your sister but he need that chain on her neck that he got her for her birthday, he most likely needed the money for it" Coco told Ky'Leah

"BITCCCCHHH YOU LYING. Ole broke ass scamming ass nigga. He lucky I don't get someone to beat his ass. You know it only takes a phone call " Ky'Leah said seriously. She had that much power in her hands. Josh was a scammer. Ky'Leah never trusted him.

"I hung up on his ass, like my sister just died and you called me about a necklace, fuck outta here ugly ass boy" Coco said

"Fuck him" Ky'Leah told Coco. They talked for a couple of hours longer. Crying and reminiscing. She knew it was going to be hard for Coco to get back to herself. Ky'Leah didn't leave till she knew her bestfriend was feeling a little better and Ky'Leah promised to take her to lunch tomorrow. She didn't want her to just sit in the house and think about everything.

Ky'Leah made it home just before 8:00, when the gates were opened to her house. her parents were outside looking all happy and shit

"What y'all so happy about?" Ky'Leah questioned, she knew something was up, her parents were always up to some shit

"Well me and your mother had a long talk today and-" Raymond said cutting himself off with a long dramatic pause and looked at his wife with a smile on his face

"and what daddy? I'm not really in the mood" Ky'Leah said she just wanted to lay down and get on Instagram. She was still sad

"Well since you not in the mood we'll just take the BMW back to the dealer tomorrow " Raymond said pulling the keys from behind his back and turning around about to walk back into the house . Ky'Leah ran and jumped on his back stopping him from leaving.

"Daddy I'm always in the mood to get a car who wouldn't be! Thank you thank you thank you daddy I love you so much" Ky'Leah said hugging her dad tight with a kool-aid smile on her face. It was the best and worst day of her life at the same time.

"Tomorrow we can go pick out things for your car" Kandi said to her daughter. She was proud of the child she raised .

Ky'Leah walked towards the back of her house where her car was located in the side garage. She looked around her car and admired how nice it looked. It was a white BMW X5. Her daddy had the inside costumed with red interior just like she wanted. She couldn't wait to test drive it tomorrow. She wanted to call Coco and tell her about it so bad but she felt like it was selfish. Now wasn't the time.
