The Alpha Mate

Chapter 2

As soon as first period was over I grabbed my books and escaped out of the door just in time to find Beth waiting for me at the end of the hallway standing besides Will.  As I made my way torwards her trying to pass the people glaring at me something caught. Well actually it was someone. Jude.

"Hey baby, what do you think about coming over to my place for a mini party? Just me... and you, eh."

"Let go of my hand Jude. And im not having any mini parties with you! Not now or ever!" I yelled trying to pull my hand out of his but that just made his grip tighter.

Jude snaked his hands around my waist and pulled me tighter to himself so that I was facing him. he looked fiercly into my eyes as i tryed to squirm away but that didn't work. Instead he had a huge smirk on his face.

"Hhhmm. Do you really think that doing that will make me let go of you? Well, then you're wrong baby. Please, Don't make me force you into this love. I'd hate to see sad."

"Jude, you are unbelievable! i screamed just as he bent down and put his lips on mine.

Not even in a blink of an eye Jude was pulled away from me. i sighed in relief as i looked up to see who had done me the great favor.

"Hunter!" i whispered

Hunter grabbed Jude by the neck and slammed him against of of the lockers.

"Don't you ever even try looking at Crystal from now on." Do you hear me?" exclaimed Hunter.

"I'm really sorry Hunter. I didn't know she was you mate. I would never even stand next to her if I hadd knew that! I'm really sorry, i really am and that won't happen again Hunter. Ever!" cried jude as Hunter slammed him onto the ground

Jude got up and left without looking back.

Did Jude just call me Hunter's mate. There must have been some mistake! I couldn't  possibly be his mate......could I? i thought to myself as Hunter left and i made my way over to Beth and Will to go to luch.

"Hey Beth!" i said as we walked torwards the cafetaria

"Hey!"

After we got our lunch we sat down at a table that had a few other werewolves seated there too.

Will introduced me to everyone even though they probably knew who i already was because of the scene that happened just a few minutes ago in the hallway.

"Crystal, this is Lisa, Krisa, and Risa" he said ppionting to three girls that looked like triplets

"And this is Jacob and Sam" said Will looking at the two mascular guys sitting across the table

"These are just five other member of the pack but there are about 900 members altogather. Since we do have the largest pack in America!" shouted Beth excitedly

We all sat down at the table as the wooden double doors of the cafetaria came flying open! In came the girl who i had seen earlier in the mini skin tight silver colored dress. I assume her name is Jenny because that's what Mr. Gates called her. She came storming ove to my table with a angry look on her face. She stopped and stood right over me!

"Huh! So you're the girl that my boyfreind dumped me for. Your not even pretty! You know what i don't get is what does he even sees in you? I mean seriously, look at yourself, you hardly know how to dress yourself." shouted Jenny so that the whole cafetaria can hear.

I could already feel the hot burning tears stroll down my face as she shouted. I tried wipeing them of as quick as I can. Jenny just left without giving me a chance to say something back to her. i turned around to face Beth.

"Who was she? And what was she talking about? I don't evenn know her boyfriend." i mouthed to Beth

"Crystal, she is Hunter's girlfriend. I mean was."

"But why would Hunter dump her and how is that my fault?"

"That you would have to ask Alpha Hunter" said Lisa

"Alpha? Hunter?" i whipsered

"haha! Yep! Hunter is the Alpha of the pack. I was gonna tell you when i took you over to the pack house this afternoon. But i guess that saves me from having to introduce you to the Alpha!" said Beth
