They were both set out for disappointment.
"So Hayden made something very clear to me this morning and I want you to please not take this personal."
They nodded there heads and agreed silently, knowing they wouldn't keep there promise.
"I'm choosing Nadia because Kenzie, if I really liked you, I wouldn't have fallen for Nadia." He said with a sigh.
Nadia's face filled with joy and guilt, knowing she probably just lost her best friend.
Mackenzie walked away in disappointment, but happy knowing her friend is now with a good guy. Little did she know it definitely not going to be the last time they see each other.
Before she ran away she heard the cringe worthy sound of a kiss behind her.
She didn't dare turn back, she just ran home.
