To Someone Who's Being Left Behind

To someone who’s being left behind,

I know how it feels when you feel like you are being left behind by people who mean so much to you.

When you have invested so much of yourself to them and then suddenly you seem to be so out of the picture now.

It hurts so much, but do not feel bad when people go distant. Let them grow on their own. Let them go out of the box and explore the world even without you.

Sometimes, you have to be alone to stand your ground. You have to be alone to be stronger in life.

You have to embrace the fact that sometimes in reaching your dreams you have to do it by yourself.
