How you meet (Jefferson)

I am laying on the leafy flood of a wood in a town called story Brooke I had a single small rucksack with me and nothing else I was trying to get to sleep so I could stop thinking about food and how hungry I was I hear footsteps

 so I quickly get up and hide behind a bush I look out and see my rucksack "Shit" I say dashing out to get it I grab it and am about to go hide again when a man appears and looks at me 

"Well what do here" he says smiling at me as he takes in my shabby appearance and my small rucksack his smile fades "are you living rough ?" he asks me gently

 I nod " How long you been living like this ?" he asks I shrug "About 4 months I guess he sighs

 "when was the last time you had a hot meal , a bed , a hot shower , a roof over your head ? " he asks a week a go , 3 months ago, 4 months ago been washing in cold rivers" I say "and 4 months ago "

 I say answering his questions he nods " Come with me were going to get you some place warm with a roof a bed and hot shower then take you to get a hot meal " he says to me

 I smile weakly "Thank you " I say looking at him "I'm Jefferson " he says introducing himself  "Nice to meet you Jefferson  I'm Y/N " I say as we walk to a massive house 

he shows me to a room " You can stay here this can be your room rather than you sleeping rough" he says I put my rucksack down and he hands me some towels and shows me to the bathroom "Have a hot shower and I will find you something to wear" he says disappearing and leaving me to shower  

I lock the bathroom door and strip naked then get in the shower and stand under the hot water a moment before washing my body and hair  I start to sing in the shower 

mean while Jefferson had come to the bathroom door to leave something outside the door  for me to wear  he hears me sing and stands listening to me sing  for a while before leaving and going to  his lounge and waiting for me 

I get out of the shower and dry off I open the door and find what he had left me I notice it's in in my exact size I grab it and close and lock the bathroom door again and put on the  outfit 

I then walk out and go find him i find him " What do you think?" I ask him he looks up ad smiles "Your look great " he says I smile "How did you know my size " I ask him

 "I have a good eye for these things" he says I nod "Now lets go get some food shall we " he says

 I nod we walk to town and go in to a diner called grannies a young girl runs up and hugs him "Y/N this is My daughter Grace , Grace This is Y/N she is going to be staying with us for a while is that ok " he asks 

she nods and hugs me I smile before we all sit down and order food after we eat we go home and Jefferson puts grace to bed 

then comes to sit with me whilst we talk some more " By the way when I left these outside the bathroom I heard you singing you have an amazing voice" he says I blush "Really?" I ask "Yeah " he says  

a few months later we are dating
