Personality: Reagan is a pretty mellow person. He has a usually easy temper and goes with the flow. He's extremely knowledgeable and also a likable person. He also is pretty curious and enjoys learning new things. He's usually pretty genuine and honest. Shameless might be another good word to describe him. One could also describe Reagan as being a comical, sarcastic guy. He's involuntarily selfless for those her cares about and he is extremely loyal. Not to mention, he's a trustworthy guy too, someone who doesn't betray secrets. Of course he's not all perfect. He can get jealous and envious sometimes and often compared himself to others. He also does have a temper and even though he's not easy to provoke, when is provoked, it's best to stay clear. He also isn't the most naturally outgoing person; he prefers when people come and speak to him instead of him having to start conversation. Overall, Reagan is a very free-spirited, mellow, and loyal dude.
Clothing: He wears whatever clothes he can truly find. Plain shirts, pants, shoes, whatever. Usually nothing matches but he isn't really one to care. Think of dull, washed out colors and sometimes clothes far too big for him.

Backstory: Reagan lived in France all his life with his family and friends. Of course he's fluent in English as well as French. As for what happened after the outbreak? Destruction. Reagan and a few others decided to get the hell out of dodge, and it was a good thing they did, considering the state of his country now. The life of a survivor, free as can be, was enlightening. You found a safe haven, you protected it and yourself. That was all there was to life. However, things are getting worse and so he ventured out of the safe haven, to see how things were going down in the world outside. There's not much else to him, really. He leads a simple life.
