"That must be a relief then, but why are you patrolling if that is the only reason?" The two knights became awfully quiet at the question, they looked at each other and somehow seemed to talk in a gazing language since they both avoided his questioning look.

"Well you see, we really never believed such rumors but somehow it was because when a maid came to check on his highness, she couldn't find him anywhere."

"Then does that mean he snuck out?"

"That was what we thought when we are almost about to send a search party in the city, we found out that His Highness was juts dozing off on the big tree in the garden." Phil couldn't help but see his relieved expression, that somehow made him a whole lot interested than before.

"And I'm just patrolling in case that His Highness will have plans in sneaking out, it was actually her majesty's orders to monitor his actions closely."

"Does His Highness sneak out?"

"No, never. I don't think so, but his actions has been limited since he is almost becoming an adult, he has been skipping his lessons multiple times but it would be possible to teach him basics before sending him to the academy. Besides, His highness Prince Alastair is a smart kid." With a satisfied smile, he sat back while his tensed shoulders loosened up before drinking a cup of coffee once again.

"You praise his highness too much, but may I ask what your relationship with him is?" Phil looked at the guy who looked back at him but didn't seem to have the wants to reply so he looked at Luciel who was expecting to answer him. "He is his personal bodyguard,"

"Oh that explains why.."

"Yeah? I know right? How can someone so careless so close with his highness right? I have been thinking the same thing too!" He cooed while giving a small glare at the guy who was giving him a glare back. Phil couldn't help but laugh awkwardly at the situation. "What did you say to me you piece of shi—"

Phil looked at the bickering two when the glass door opened and the owner went infront of him holding a small holder with a coffee in a plastic cup and an iced water in another.

"Here you go," The owner handed to him while he received it with a heavy hand. "Thank you."

"Then that will be about 8 emeralds please." Phil opened his bag and took out about eight emeralds. The drink was a lot expensive than he thought which made him grunt a little by the time he was counting his emeralds. This didn't pass by as the black haired knight noticed it.

"Don't worry about it, I'll pay for it." He said as Phil and the shop owner turned to look at him with an almost dumbfounded expression.

"Oh no, don't worry I can handle this."

"I insist! Please keep it, Consider it as a treat from me." The guy smiled as he motioned for the shop owner to add it in his bill in which the owner respectfully bowed before heading back inside his shop.

"Well if you say so, then I guess I'll have to accept it. Thank you."

"You're welcome, have a safe trip then." He waved at Phil when he saw him about to head in the direction of his horse and began to untie the horse. "I will, thank you again." He climbed then and began to adjust the coffee in front of him  as he patted Felix and Felix seemed to get the idea. He was a well trained horse so even without the reins, he could find the way to where they were heading since they have been going in there for years. He opened his cup of coffee and began to smell the sugary and fruit-like aroma. The arabica coffee has a slightly sweet flavor with traces of chocolates when sipped lightly. It was extremely warm for him, since he had been freezing due to the weather. He appeared to be quite content.
