A Vex Problem

Chapter 7 -Classes Start Part 1-

"You need to slow down at this rate you'll-!" Ghost tried to say before Mystogen took the door off its hinges because of his speed, "Break the door down,"

Everyone turned to see Mystogen stands on top of the door and finally team RWBY and JNPR catch up.

"Young man we'll have to talk about that after class," Port said, "As for your lateness I will let it slide this time but only this time,"

"Sorry," Mystogen said rubbing the back of his neck.

He took the door and leaned it on the wall and sitting next to the rest of team RWBY right beside Blake.

"Ahem as I was saying, monsters, demons. Prowlers of the night, yes the creatures of Grimm have many names but I, merely refer to them as prey. Hu-hah!"

The only feedback Professor Port received were crickets.

"Uhh, and you shall too, upon graduating from this prestigious academy, now as I was saying, Vale, as well as the other three kingdoms, are safe havens in an otherwise treacherous world. Our planet is absolutely teeming with creatures that would love nothing more than to tear you to pieces!"

'Thats better then what I have back in my world,' Mystogen thought.

"And that's where we come in, Huntsman! Huntresses," Port clicked his tongue at Yang which she groaned uncomfortably at, "Individuals who have sworn to protect those who cannot protect themselves. From what you ask? Why the very world!"

"Ehh-Yeah!" One student yelled in the background and everyone turned to him.

'Well got to respect his enthusiasm' Mystogen thought.

"That is what you are training to become, but first a story. A tale of a young, handsome, man. Me, when I was a boy, blah blah blah..."

Mystogen tried to cancel out his voice but couldn't but what this man was saying he would be scared out of his wits if he went against the things Mystogen went up against. Ruby was drawing something one piece of loose-leaf, she giggled to herself than showed it to the four.

She made a small fart noise with her mouth, Mystogen if he could he would smile at this, Yang and Ruby started to laugh, and Weiss well she wasn't pleased. Port cleared his throat to gain the three's attention back and then he started again.

"In the end, the Beowolf was no match for my sheer tenacity, and I returned to my village with the beast in captivity and my head held high. Celebrated, as a hero," Port finishes and bows, "The moral of this story? A true huntsman must be honorable,"

Ruby was balancing a book and an apple on top of a pencil.

"A true huntsman must be dependable,"

Ruby was taking a small nap.

"A true huntsman must be strategic,"

"Well-educated,"

"And wise,"

Weiss was getting visibly angry by the second.

"So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?" Port asked.

Weiss shot her hand up and yells, "I do sir!"

"Well then, let's find out," Port faced a cage that rattled, "Step forward, and face your opponent,"
