My brother is finally letting me come on tour with him! On thier first headlining tour, Michael insisted I was "too young" to go, although I'm only a year younger than him. I already knew the other band members because of Michael being my older brother and all. I've known them all since they formed the band. I guess you could say I was their first real fan besides our mom. Speaking of, I hear my mom calling me from downstairs.
"Melanie! You're gonna miss your flight!"
I grabbed my bags and hurried down the stairs and to the front door where my mom was standing. Thier tour is starting tomorrow in America and I am flying there from Australia to meet them.
My mom drove me to the airport as I facetimed my brother in the front seat.
"Ugh, are you even at the airport yet?" Michael groaned with a facetious look of annoyance taking over his features.
"My flight doesn't leave for another two hours jackass."
"Remind me why I asked you to come again?"
"Oh shut up" I say, laughing.
"Tell mom I said 'hi'" he screamed before he hastily ended the call.
"Your son is something else" I stated, looking over at my mom in the driver's seat.
"You're telling me."
About an hour later we arrived at the airport and my mom walked me in.
"Please call me when you land" she says when she can't walk me any further. "And don't make any dumb choices."
"You don't need to worry about me, I'm not Michael."
"Ha-ha very funny, Mel."
We said our goodbyes and I headed to my gate when my phone suddenly buzzed.

I can't wait to see you! It's been too long.
I smiled down at my phone as I read the text. I've always been closest with Calum out of the boys, besides Michael of course. Eventually I made it to my gate and shortly after boarded my plan and took off on my way to America.
