Discovery

It was a warm summer evening in Astana, Kazakhstan where Renat and his friends Artem, and Olzhas were walking and discussing what their new song would be about. Renat was tall and slender with brown hair and brown eyes. Artem was tall and slim with black hair and blue eyes. Olzhas was Asian and also slender.

"Maybe we can write a song about horror." Olzhas suggested.

"That's good. But what should the horror be about?" Renat asked.

"It should be about clowns." Artem said. "I hate clowns."

Renat laughed. "Yeah. They're pretty creepy."

Just then, a girl runs up to them wanting their autograph and a picture. "I'm such a big fan of you guys!" She squealed. Tanir, Artem and Olzhas signed a piece of paper and took their picture with her. It was common for people to stop them for an autograph and or a picture. After they took the picture and signed, the girl hugged them and ran away.

"Well she was happy." Olzhas said. He fixed his black rimmed glasses. They continued walking until they passed an alleyway where they all hear a faint cry.

"Did you hear that?" Renat asked.

"Yeah. It came from down in the alley." Artem stated.

They walked down the alley where the crying got louder. Soon they saw what was making the noise. It was the tiniest girl they've ever seen. She had red matted hair, big blue eyes and was wearing a teal ripped up t-shirt that was covered in urine and feces. She was severely underweight and dirty. Renat walked up to her but she hid behind a trash can.

"Don't be afraid. I won't hurt you." The girl slowly inched her way out from behind the trash can, this time with a stuffed animal. "What's your name?" Renat asked. The girl didn't answer. She just looked at Renat.

"I don't think she can talk." Artem said.

Renat held his hand out towards the tiny girl. She reached up and grabbed it. Her grip was weak. Renat picked her up and held her close to him while he walked away from his friends. They catch up to him.

"Where are you going?" Olzhas asked.

"To the car to get to the hospital. She doesn't look good. Renat's friends follow him to the car and they drive to the hospital.
