WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?" your dad shouts as your eyes start to tear up "I MEAN WITH ALL OF THESE MURDERS, WHAT IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN TO YOU? THE POLICE WOULD INVESTIGATE ME AND PROBABULY FIGURE OUT MY DRUG DEAL! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TROUBLE YOU WOULD CAUSE?!" you look at the floor. "WELL ARE YOU GOING TO ANSWER ME? WHERE WERE YOU?" you stutter "I was with a friend" "WHAT FRIEND? I THOUGHT ALL OF YOUR STUPID FRIENDS WERE DEAD!" You feel a tear run down your cheek "WAS IT THAT NEIGHBOR BOY? YOU FUCKED HIM DIDN'T YOU? YOU LITTLE SLUT" he smacked you across the face, causing you to whimper. "YOU LIKE THAT, SLUT" he then proceeded to throw a ash tray that was on the table next to you, hitting you in the forehead. You let out A cry and put your hand to your forehead, feeling a wet spot. You turn around and run out the door and continued to run for what felt like forever. You didn't know where you were going, you didn't care, you just had to get away from that man. You hear an engine rev and you turn around to see a black mustang. You think to yourself 'shit it's bob and Danny' last time you had seen them they had tried to rape you, by luckily glen and rod were driving by. That was how you had met them actually and that's how you became best friends with Nancy and Tina, their girlfriends. You run as fast as you can and look around you. You realize your on the street that glen lives on. You look down at his house and see a light on in his room, and then you look at the driveway, noticing his parents aren't there. You run towards the house and start pounding on the door. He shouts "Ok, Ok chill out I'm coming" he opens the door and when he realizes it's you he smiles a goofy grin. His eyes drift to the blood on your forehead and his smile drops "What the fuck ha-" you interrupt him "I'll tell you later, just let me in. Bob and Danny were chasing me" he pulls you in and shuts the door and locks it. "Here come upstairs" you follow him up the stairs ant to his room. "Sit down on the bed I'll grab the first aid kit" you sit down on the bed and look around and think to yourself 'how does he let his room get this messy?' He walks In with a small box and a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. He sits down right next to you, your legs touching. "So now can you tell me why the fuck your head is bleeding and there's a bruise on your cheek?" You look at his worried face and he pours some peroxide on a cotton ball and then meets your gaze "well my dad was mad that I went out without permission, and he was drunk, and he slapped me and threw an ashtray at me" he starts lightly tapping your wound with the cotton ball, you wincing ever so slightly. His eyebrows furrow and says "I'm so sorry, I never knew your dad was..." you smile sympathetically and say "it's not your fault glen" he nods and puts a band-aid on your forehead and sighs. "So... what should we do?" You say. He wiggles his eyebrows and smiles "whatever you want" "well we could watch-" he interrupts you by smashing his lips into yours. Your surprised at first but eventually you close your eyes and move your mouth in sync with his. The kiss deepens as he starts biting your lip, begging for entrance. You open your mouth allowing him to explore. He pulls away and blushes. "What were you going to say ?" You pull your self out of the deep thought you gained while staring into his brown orbits, "um uhh- oh we could watch a movie?" He giggles "ok cmon, I have a pretty wide selection." You walk out and he follows. You feel him grab your hand as you walk down the stairs and to his living room. He points out his vhs collection and you immediately see your favorite horror film. Halloween. You plop it into the player and turn on the tv. The movie starts to play and you walk over to the couch. He sighs and says "I need to talk to you about something" you look into his eyes and say "what's up?" A look of fear grows on his face "well I , had a nightmare last night, about that guy that Nancy and Tina were getting worked up about, and I don't know, like am I gonna live, or what" you lay a hand on his cheek and stroke it with your thumb. "Look at me" you say and he looks up, meeting eye contact "I've read and Nancy believed that all you have to do is give it no power, don't let it scare you, and you know your dreaming at the time which makes it a lucid dream. Which means you can control your dream ok? You can fight back" he smiles slightly and says "your so smart" you blush and pull him into a hug. He hugs you back and you rub his back and run your fingers through his hair you stay there for the longest time. You finally realize he's asleep and you lay his head on your lap and continue to stroke his hair while you watch the movie. About and hour later you hear someone walk in the door and shout "GLEN, IM HOME" you realize it's him mom. You shake him and he moans. You shake him again and whisper shout "glen your moms home" he opens his eyes and sits up. He looks around and his mom shouts "GLEN?" He gets up and goes to the kitchen where she was. He says "mom, can I talk to you" you hear her reply yes and then he start talking quietly, saying something that you couldn't make out. You hear her say "she's here" and "well, can I meet her?" Then they walk into the living room and in front of the couch she smiles and says "hi, I'm carol, glens mom" (sorry I don't know her actually know her real name and am too lazy too look it up:-p but I mean comment if I'm wrong she looks like a carol) you smile and shake her hand and say "I'm y/n" she sits down next to you and glen sits on your other side. Carol takes your hand in hers and sighs. "Glen told me about the situation with your dad." You look down trying to not make eye contact with either of them "and I have a proposition for you... now I know my son is in love with you-" glen blushes hard and whisper shouts "mom!" She looks at him and says "honey, I see the way you look at her" you feel your face heat up. "Anyway... I was wondering if you would like to stay here... for a while, and I know you guys are graduating next year so I would be happy to have you as long as you need somewhere to stay, I'll talk it over with my husband, but he won't be able to change my mind" you smile a huge smile and so does glen. She asks "is that a yes or..." you nod your head. "Ok, I'm going to make dinner and then we'll get the guest bedroom all made up... does your dad work?" You shake your head yes and she says "well than tomorrow, since it's Saturday, you and glen can go and get all you need" sh gets up and head to the kitchen. You look at glen and you both have big goofy smiles on your faces and you lean over and kiss him passionately. He kisses back and says "i was wondering if maybe..." he stops and starts blushing "if maybe you'd be interested in maybe being with me, in like a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship maybe?" You giggle "that was the most awkward sentence I've ever heard, but yes glen I'd love to be with you" he brightens up and you kiss him again. He lays back on the couch and you lay on his chest and start drawing circles in his chests with your finger. He plays with your hair and you both fall asleep
