"No." He began patting his pockets checking for it.

"Damn it's still at the crib. I told you to grab it." I looked up at him as if he was crazy.

"No, you didn't." Tre definitely didn't say anything about grabbing his wallet before leaving the house. If he would have, I would have grabbed it. But I didn't because I didn't hear him say anything about it. And If I'd seen it I would have told him he left it.

He picked up his phone calling Tre.

"I gotta turn back around G, Janiyah left my wallet." He groaned into the phone.

"I ain't leave shit." I looked at him with a deep scowl upon my face.

"Alright bro." I heard Trey say before hanging up the phone.

"Janiyah I told you to grab it."

"Okay and I obviously didn't hear you. How you gone blame me for leaving your stuff." He kept quiet this time, swerving the car as he made an illegal U-Turn.

"Right that shit goofy as fuck." I got back on my phone, now irritated and upset. How the hell he was gone blame me for leaving his stuff? And what made my attitude worse was the fact that he had one.

"Whatever Janiyah."

"I'm saying how you got a attitude for some shit you did?" He pulled into our driveway and cut the car off, immediately opening his door to get out.

"I don't got a attitude."

"Okay well stop talking to me like it's a problem. And you steady saying I left your shit no you left your shit. That's dumb as hell." I mugged him. Pulling my lip gloss out of my purse I began applying it onto my lips. He slammed the car door and made his way back into the house. His ugly ass needed to hurry up. He had really just irritated me in every way possible but I was trying not to let it get to me much.

"Your daddy is a dumb dumb." I looked in the back seat at Ayden who immediately began smiling at me. He was dressed so cute today in a red polo shirt with white horses all over it, dark denim jeans, and red Jordan sneakers. I put a little curly pudding and water in his hair which made it all curly. He was gone be pulling all the little baby hoes today.

Trevan climbed back in the car not even a minute later and started its engine. We didn't speak again for the rest of the ride which I had no problem with. I simply got on my phone and vibed to the music that was playing in the car.

...

"Don't do my baby like that. Leave him alone." Mariah said holding Ayden. He was smiling up at me as he continued yelling.

"Who you think you yelling at? Huh?" I got in his face as he just screamed louder. He was really trying to curse me out.

We were all now at Mama Rica (Tre's mom) house sitting around cooling it. Mariah was sitting on the couch across from me holding Ayden who was currently being bad.

Feeling the couch dip down beside me, I looked over to see Trevan. He began placing kisses on my cheek and grabbing onto my hand. I rolled my eyes pushing away from him.

"Bae stop. You know I love you." He wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me to sit on his lap. I sat with my arms folded under my chest, making them sit up even more than they were.

"Awe so you don't love me no more?" He kissed my cheek again. I fought hard trying not to smile.

"Yeah, I love your irritating ass. Now move."

"No. Girl stop playing with me." I sighed dramatically, sitting still. I was comfortable in his lap anyway.

Mariah began playing music through the surround sounds that were around the living room. We all sat and chilled, simply enjoying each others presence.

"Smoke that shit G." Trevan leaned his head back so that he could see Tre who was behind him. Him and Kiera were all boo'd up standing against the wall.

"I don't got no blunts." Trey patted his pockets, shrugging his shoulders.

"Yall know I stay with the shits." Mariah smiled as she pulled out a pack of backwoods from her purse. Mariah always stayed with the materials she needed to smoke. I think she smoked more than anyone I know, Trevan included.

"Roll that shit then." Trevan spoke. I hopped up to grab Ayden so that he could go in the room with my mom. He was never in the room where there was smoking going on. I never wanted my son around that. He was not going to get contact high off of nobody. Trevan never had to tell me to get Ayden or put him in the other room because I stayed on top of it.

After making sure he was secure with my mom, I went back into the living room with everyone else. We smoked two backwoods while listening to music and reminiscing about old times. I was enjoying myself laughing and talking with the people I felt most comfortable with.

"Where Mario?" I asked Mariah who was laying her head on my shoulder. Her eyes were hooded and very red, leaving no room for questioning if she was high. You would know immediately by looking at her.

"He went to some girl house. He said he was gonna stop over here after he picked up my friends."

"We could have just threw a little kick back at the crib." Trey added.

"I feel like going my ass to sleep. But I do wanna get drunk lowkey." I ran my fingers through my hair looking around the room.

"I ain't with that drinking shit." Mariah frowned.

"You ain't tryna get lit Riah Riah." I teased, laughing loudly after she gave me a stale face. Mariah couldn't stand the taste of alcohol.

"Girl no. That shit is disgusting."

After an hour went by, everyone had began to pack up to go their separate ways. No one felt like doing anything anymore and I honestly felt like going home and laying in my bed.

"Mommy I'm leaving." I walked into her room seeing Ayden laying on the bed. She laid next to him staring up at the tv.

"Alright baby. I'm thinking about cooking Sunday dinner tomorrow but I'm not sure yet." She sighed. I nodded, putting Ayden's shoes on.

"I'm sleepy. I'm going home to lay down and probably clean up when I wake up."

"Call me if you need me."

"Okay mommy I will." I gave her a kiss on the cheek before exiting her room.

"Kiera and Trey left?" I asked walking into the living room.

"Yup they just left with Mariah." He stood up from the couch. "They taking her home."

We left the house, going straight to our car and headed home. I couldn't wait to stretch out in my bed.
