I had finished unpacking my stuff and started working on decorating my room

"Hey... What's up mom?"
"Hey honey, I'm on my way back. Go ahead and get some clothes on so you can help with the bags. And make sure to dress warmly... It's snowing outside."
"IT'S SNOWING?!?!?" i ran to my window and peeped through the blinds.
"Yeah it is... Not a whole lot but it's definitely snowing."
" Wow"
"I'm about ten minutes away so start getting dressed... I'm hanging up now,"
"Okay, bye"

Call ended
I quickly threw on some pants and a sweatshirt, grabbed my jacket and scarf and ran outside.
It was beautiful. I had never had a white Christmas before. It was exciting. Maybe this wasn't gonna be so bad after all.

I was walking back to my house with Peyton when I saw a girl run outside to her front lawn. She stopped and extended her hand out in front of her. She watched the snow melt in her hand and smiled.

I soon found myself smiling as I watch her.
"Ryan?"
I started to walk up to her but then stopped as I heard my name being called.
She suddenly dropped her hand and look in my direction. She was no longer smiling.
What happened? Why did she suddenly looked terrified after knowing of my presence.
Peyton suddenly ran up to me.
" Hey Ryan, what's wrong? "
I didn't respond. I was still watching her. She was staring at me and Peyton. She seem pained.
Why?
He waved his hand in front of my face "Yoo hoo? Earth to Ryan?" .
I looked away and turned to Peyton. "What's wrong?" I asked.
" I don't know you tell me.... You're the one frowning and staring off into space. "
I looked back over to where she was standing. She had disappeared.
"Its nothing let go" I said.
Who is she? And why was she so upset?
