32: The Plan

"I want to meet Hyebin Jimin ah.. please?"

Jimin shook his head and Haemi huffed in anger. She stood up and look at him angrily before making up her mind

I need to meet Hyebin today. I need to pack her things

"Hm~ Jjiminie Oppa! Haemi wants to go out today hm?" She starts making an aegyo with her cheeks puffed out and her fingers making cute gestures. Instantly felt like jumping off a building when Jimin looks at her with wide eyes

"W-what? O-oppa?" He stuttered. His ears was turning red and soon, his face

"Please! Please! Please Jjiminie oppa! I will come back early today!" She grabbed his hand and swayed it from left to right cutely. Making the boy let out a shaky breath

"Hm?" She tried again by looking at him with her puppy eyes and silently cheering when Jimin was knocked out by her sudden aegyo. He was hiding his face with his hand on the table while Haemi is still holding his other hand.

"F-fine." He breathed out before looking at his wife and continued "But before that.." He tapped on his cheek twice making Haemi widen her eyes in shock. She never did those things with him except for hugging.

"Give your husband a peck here first then you can go out" He smiled sweetly. Leaving her no choice but to do it. She cupped his face before giving him a peck, knowing that maybe he will turn his face to make her kiss his lips but nope. She was too smart for that

"Th-there you go" She ran out of his office out of embarrassment after giving it a peck and Jimin just laughed before shouting

"My lips are looking forward for the next one!"

"Shut up!"

"Unnie where are we going?" Hyebin tilted her head when she saw her sister running here and there to grab her clothes in her room.

Yes, she live with Yeonju because their mother have works to do. And she couldn't give her full attention to the little girl so Yeonju volunteered to make Hyebin live with her. Since she said that Hyebin living with Jimin and Haemi will ruin the 'mood' and she is kinda lonely these days. But their mother still visits the little girl when she have time

"Hyebin ah.. We are going to America in about 3 days left" Haemi said before folding her small dress

"Ooh! Will Jiminie Oppa go with us?" She sat down on her bed and cheered happily

"Uh.. Im afraid no. He doesnt know about this and I dont want you to let him know. Understand?" She deadpans and Hyebin felt like crying

"When will he visit us? Or when will we come back?"

"He wont be visiting us. And we may not come back until you start high school"

"Why?!" She cried. Haemi was surprised from her sudden crying and she went frozen

"Why are you so sad?"

"Unnie I dont want to leave here. I like it here. I like to play with Jiminie Oppa. I want to play with Kookie Oppa and Yeonju Unnie too! And I want Jae Oppa to buy me candies every weekend" She sniffed

"Look Hyebin. Jae Oppa and Yeonju Unnie will visit us from time to time. And maybe Kookie Oppa too. You dont have to be that sad"

"But h-how about Jiminie Oppa?" She asked in a croaked voice and Haemi heaved a deep breath

"Hyebin you hear what I have to say. Jimin and I will not be with each other again soon. We will be strangers. Mom said we shouldn't a burden to others and she wants me to divorce him. Hm? I promised her and our real dad taught me not to break any promise. Lets live a new life there okay?" She wiped her tears but new set of tears kept on running down her cute face

"Unnie what is divorce? Is that something sad? Or is it something that makes someone happy?" The little girl asked and Haemi went quiet for a while

I dont even know.

Haemi looks down and smiled weakly to her before shaking her head "It means Jiminie Oppa and I are no longer husband and wife. We are no longer a family with them"

"Did she cried a lot?" Yeonju asked as soon as Haemi walked down the stairs. She sighed before plopping her body on the sofa beside the other girl

"She was against it. She doesnt like the idea of leaving you guys. But I succeeded on convincing her to go. She's sleeping. And I really hope things will be okay" She rubbed her temples before taking a cushion beside her and hugged it tight

"Oh yeah.. Jimin came by just now. He asked where you were and I told you weren't here for the whole day. But I had to do so. He must get used of not having you around him" Yeonju looks at her worriedly when the girl muttered a thank you.

Haemi knew he will come and look after her. And she was the one who told Yeonju and Jaerim not to tell him where she is. It was late and she was planning to go home more late. Perhaps, 2 am?

"Are you sure this is okay?"

"I dont know. Lets just follow the flow hm?"
