He paused for a minute more before signing the line at the bottom of the paper.

"Welcome, agent," Solar smiled. "You're part of the team now."

"Thanks for having me... I guess..?" Donghyuck replied.

"Awww! Don't sweat it! Like I told ya! The best way to start is to start!" Solar pat his shoulder, her normal bubbly personality shined through. "Don't worry, I'll make sure the other agents check up on ya! It's not like you haven't been training and learning with the other agents before. Dawon did bring you in a lot."

"You're right... " Donghyuck sighed in rememberance.

"You have to let go," Solar looked him right in the eye. "You sometimes can't have the best of two worlds."

"What do you mean..?" Donghyuck wrinkled his eyebrows.

"Aha, just something you should know!" She giggled. "Let's get started, agent! First, let's make you a bit more presentable!"

"Huh? Wait. Why--"

"The southern headquarters hire people who don't look unkempt, lazy, and bland--- like you."

"Okay, wait just a minute--"

"How 'bout no?"

Solar dragged Donghyuck out of her office.

"Noona! What are you doing--"

"Giving you a makeover," she grinned. "I mean, it's useful being beautiful on the job. It's an advantage."

"You don't mean--"

"I will paint your face and dye your hair purple if I have to."

Donghyuck gave up.

Bye bye, average joe me.
...damn it, should've read that last chapter on Wattpad.
UGGHH WHO WILL MOONBIN CHOOSE?!
EUNWOO OR ROCKY!?!

"Stop doing that! I'm going to gouge your eyes out."

"Whooooaaah! Are you even out hyung?!" Chenle squeaked.

"Huh, maybe before was the reason it was hard for you to pick up chicks," Jisung grinned.

"Jisung Park!" Donghyuck snapped.

Donghyuck huffed uncomfortably in the salon lobby. It was around 3 AM and he was NOT having it with his friends.

Oh sorry-- 'annoying problems' is what he meant to say.

Somehow, he managed to convince Solar to not dye his hair purple and actually got her to dye it something less bold.

It wasn't a huge change.

He never really cared for his black hair anyways.

In fact, he liked his new hair color.
